If you look into the Magic-Grip Hairpins from Good Hair Days they have actually been around and sold by that company since 1996 and from a 1960s patent. Therefore I don't think you could call them an 'Amazon Dupe' when clearly they were the originals.......
Straight hair girly here, medium thickness. I bought a pack of the Amazon pins over a year ago, use them daily and have zero complaints!

Enjoyed the video. I ordered the FF pins in the colors 'Paris'. One thing that the cheap Amazon pins do not have is the beautiful colors that FF has.
do you think it can work well even for a few fine and straight hairs? It's not cheap and I wanted to be sure before making the purchase.
