i can help it happened to me i fixed it . go into safe mode then connect the original usb charger for the ps4 and it should work after that ( in safe mode just restart ur ps4 )
If your having this problem Get a second ps4 controller (or use remote play if you only have one contoller) and go to settings - bluetooth devices - press options on your controller and remove it - then grab your controller and hold the ps button and share button until it starts flashing - you should find your controller in bluetooth devices and select it Hope this helped 😊 + pin to show everyone

Beacuse for me it shows yellow when its connected, It should take approximately 2 hours to charge, Correct? Well that's the first problem. Beacuse when i go to sleep and i wake up in the morning to check the controller, To see if its finished charging, But it was still blinking. Second problem: When i disconnect the controller from the cable the PS4 says that its still charging, But the cable is not connected. Can anyone explain and should i be worried? Thanks for reading. Guys this happened to me n it still didn’t work n the way I fixed it was u wanna get another controller forget the devices u have saved n connect the one that won’t connect by holding the buttons share and the turn on at the same time, it should pop up on the Bluetooth n connect it using the controller that does work n they’ll be both connected n u can js turn off the one u don’t need.
