Engine noise coming in 1 month old bike (ODO reading 1890km) Same as it is showed on video On morning start it sounds good without noise But after riding bike for 25-35 km it's starts noise 😢 Bike is bs6phase2 Platina 110 ABS
Then it could be the timing chain itself. See such sounds are lil difficult to catch some time it may be valve it may be clutch or primary gear as well.

If well maintained with timely oil change it can last you for 30k to 40k kms ... my first clutch plate was changed at 30k and that to it was in good condition when which could have easily lasted me another 10k. But on the other hand I have see clutch plates burning even at 6k kms if abused.
Abe ye knocking nahi, clutch hub bush khatam ho gya hai pahle usko thik kara , isliye thuk thuk awaaz kar rha hai FZ.. Jab kisi bhi bike ki thik thik internal jaankari naa ho tab bina matlab wrong information nahi failana chahiye.

Yes bro. I have tried and got good result in Hornet 160r bs4 . After 30K km an unusual noise came from inside the engine. Just remove the top single screw of the chain tensioner. Insert a small and short screw driver and give a few successive clockwise turns and release it suddenly to automatically unwind at once. Now it is done. Tighten the top screw and start the engine to recheck the noise. ENJOY YOUR RIDE. HONDA ENGINES NEVER NEED TEPED CLEARANCE SETTING.

As per services manual intake is 0.08 to 12.00mm and exhaust is 0.12 to and 0.16 however the best result i am getting its is with ...intake 0.09 and exhaust 0.15mm. (Fz 16)

I use the stock mrf for my bike the back tyre is also from mrf but its of fzv2 which is much better tha fzv1. Go for stock ones belive me I have used continental in past and my experience was not good as tyer started vibrations on my motorcycle.

@@MOTOMENTOR basically petrol is heavier than octane. I use octane in my country. I rarely get 35 to 40 in city rides per octane. Because, our octane grade is nearly 85-87. So, may be it's one of the reason for getting low mileage. by the way brother, please make a video on carburetor tuning soon. Need it very badly.
I had the same issue when I changed to 10w40 grade engine oil. Now I have switched to 20w50 and the engine has become very smooth with no abnormal noise.

@akshayrajput3637 10w 40 for fz is not good i have used it... engine makes noise coz this engine oil is thin either go for 15w 50 , 20w 40 or 20w 50 .. stock 20w 40 is good , 15w 50 is also good and 20w 50 is also smooth make sure to go for synthetic oil it will give you good feel and protection .. I will be using motul 20w 50 fully synthetic very soon the oil is superb I have used it once currently in an using 20 40.

Hi Habeeb as in when I will get time will surely make a detailed video however as per my overall experience the stock air filter are better as they are very calculatively build and on other the other hand k&N (CUSTOMISABLE) are very tricky to use (why) will surely come up with a video soon.
I too have valve tappets sound bro. It will mostly come when engine gets hot. I have adjusted my tappets but still same issue.

Ticking sound some time is confusing coz it may be the issue with tappet as well . Check the gaps its must be as per manual recommended.

First thing chexk if you are getting current in spare plug and then we can diagnose the issue. Spark plug kub change kiya tha last time?

Then it might not be the chain tentioner it could be the tappet sound as I said not sound almost similar. Get the tappet set to perfect gaps.
