I have a 70+10 pack and you cannot get replacement parts directly from vaude, they only deal b2b. They refer you to a distributor, only 2 in us, and they were unable to help either. In the future I will pay more for a pack that I can easily obtain parts.
I love my Vaude backpacks. Not the lightest around, but also not the heaviest.
