    A simple siphon because, the level of the river is the same with the tip of the outlet pipe. Now to prove the effectivity of the device install in a deep well 6 Meters depth inorder to prove the effectivity. Thank you.

    Great idea....The output water volume is greater than the input water volume due to the pipe diameter for the output compare to the input. May be inverting the pipe size or using same pipe diameter for both input and output will resolve the issue.

    This technique is begin used in our villiges for many years. we dont use centeral drum it is not needed. only you must have a long enough pipe. the source wather level must be higher than the target level. Only you have to do is to lay down the pipe from one end to other and suck water with your mouth until the water comes in your mouth. then leave it water will start comming without any effort. and it will continue until source water level is higher than destination water level.
    I will appericate if it continue to work when source water level is lower than destination level.

    • @Artiken1

      Instead of sucking the pipe with your mouth. I would submerge the hose in the river, filling the pipe with water. Then with a single valve or hand over the end, lift the pipe across the road to the field. Trying to prevent air from getting into the pipe. Then once set in the field, open the valve or remove the hand.
      You are correct. It will either stop working or the water will flow from the field to the river. :~)

    The basic principle is siphon. You created a great method to fill the pipe without air from river to the discharge. The obvious reason why the drum collapsed is because it outputs faster than the input creating a vacuum inside the drum. If you make the input and output pipes the same size longer output line and higher discharge height it will solve the problem. The same thing can happen if the input line get clogged so you have to avoid debris from entering.

    • @ManjulaMathew-wb3zn

      If you use a backwater valve on input below water line the tank may be totally eliminated. At the highest point you still need the same mechanism to fill water wth the valve. But only one vertical fill shaft of very large diameter reducer and valve. It will serve the purpose of the tank.
      Great work!!!

    Hmmm! You did well! And for the next time, you may try to equalize the pressure power of the suck-in (from the dam to the drum) and the push-out power (from the drum to the outlet) so that the output will be equal to the input. Or do not fill the drum with water 100%, at less make it 80% water and 20% air. Both scenarios may save the drum/plastic from squeezing, I guess. Thinks with me!

      Try with the inlet pipe diameter LARGER than that of the outlet, to prevent a NEGATIVE PRESSURE to form inside the drum creating a DP (differential pressure) between the atmospheric pressure and the drum internal negative pressure. The drum will implode and COLLAPSED when the DP overcomes the drum metallic resistant force.

      What does the barrel do?.. just start the system?

    • @shanew3595
      @shanew3595 Рік тому +13

      @@shhs1791 it does not have to be a barrel it could be anything. so if you know how siphoning works the what of the water falling creates a suction that will pull water up and over a barrier, however without a pump of some kind on a pipe or hose the output needs to be lower then the input otherwise you loose pressure and/or prime and other water goes the other way. so to counter this you need a brake to prevent backflow. the barrel has an inlet at the top and an outlet at the bottom with an air gap to prevent backflow. this allows you to move water up by allowing the weight of the water in the barrel to drain causing a vacuum to form in the barrel and this vacuum pulls new water into the barrel, thus continuing the process. is the amount of water leaving the barrel exceeds the volume entering then you negative pressure/vacuum become grater, and in this video that negative pressure or vacuum was grater then the barrel could withstand. to remedy/fix this you either need to decrease the output or increase the input.

    • @shanew3595
      @shanew3595 Рік тому +3

      @@shhs1791 one other thing the pressure of the out always needs to be greater than the input if the input is greater than the out then you will draw air in through the out and lose your prime or negative pressure or it will just simply not flow, as the inlet water weight exceeds the output.

      No problem with drum material, the problem is designe. Inlet water pipe is smaller , so the atmospheric pressure on drum was too much, when it's vacuum in side the drum. That vacuum tried to suck the water, but it could not supply that much water at that speed. Just keep in mind that inlet pipe must be big diameter nhan outlet. Other wise any drum will collapse no matter how strong you take.

    It's not about releasing the air pressure from the drum, but allowing some air into the drum into the vacuum inside the drum will save that drum from squashing because the rate of discharge is higher than the rate of intake thus vacuum is created within the drum,unless there's some hole or cap for some air to fill the vacuum space, the drum will not squash in like this.
    The intake and discharge rate are not regulated.

    A simple tube would do the whole trick. No foot valve, no drum, only water flowing from a high river to a lower outlet. Simply a syphon.
    To get it started you may add a foot valve, a T-piece with a filling stub and closing valve and an output valve.
    With a thin hose you simply suck it all into the water til the hose is filled.

The down stream pipe reminds me of searching/mining gold, if you have several step down in pipe size the weight of the water stays the same but force increases and with enough distance between step downs you can have quite a force on exit.

    Hi Freeenergy Team. I really enjoy your thinking and truly your demonstration works. I may be wrong, but this may be why the drum collapsed. May be the water out of the drum is faster than the water into the drum due to pipe diameter differences. Try the video again reversing the pipes. let the bigger pipe bring in water to the drum and the smaller diameter pipe take water out of the drum. or you may let it be the way it is but open the valve that connect to the outlet pipe to let air pressure help to suck water up from the pond. For some reason your setup is air tide. I think this way it will work without destroying the drum. Let me know

      Como se puede apreciar en el video la salida del agua es mas baja quel nivel del rio ,por lo tanto esto es un sifon, no te hace falta el bidon el agua saldra por su propio peso.

      It's not about releasing the air pressure from the drum, but allowing some air into the drum into the vacuum inside the drum will sake that drum from squashing because the rate of discharge is higher than the rate of intake thus vacuum is created within the drum,unless there's some hole or cap for some air to fill the vacuum space, the drum will not squash in like this.
      The intake and discharge rate are not regulated.

    But you can change the inlet pipe to a bigger size than the outlet.
    This will enable more water into the drum, holding the inside of the drum intact and releasing a lower quantity of water through the outlet pipe.

    Drum is good and it’s not a fault of drum but You need to increase the size ( diameter ) of input line , keep it bigger size (diameter) then output line

  • @lorenzoomay3464
    @lorenzoomay3464 2 місяці тому

    1. You have to make the input pipe equal to or greater than the output pipe.
    2. You need to have an air vent in the drum to prevent Vaccum on the drum, which may cause explosion or compression.

    Well I think the outlet at the end is the same however the addition of vertical column for air to increase pressure and the addition of another one due to a mistake increases the outflow causing vacuum. So when it stabilises the drum is already deformed.

    الانبوب الطويل يجب ان لا يغلق من الاعلي حتي لا يحدث ضغط علي البرميل
    اقصد الانبوب العمودي الراكب علي خط الري لا تغلقه من الاعلي لان السحب بفعل الجاذبية في خط الري قوية وتشكل ضغط علي البرميل

    • @hassanaitabbou2478
      @hassanaitabbou2478 Рік тому

      لا اظن
      لان في هذه الحالة عوض ان يمتص البرميل الماء من البركة يفضل ان يمتص الهواء من القناة التي ذكرت
      اظن الحل هو القناة التي تخرج الماء يجب ان يكون قطرها يساوي او. اكبر بقليل من التي تسحب الماء
      تحية اخي

    The pipe from intake is smaller than the outlet so limited water to go in to the drum and the pipe to the outlet is bigger than the intake that's why more water to go out from the drum so the drum will be deform.

      @@pe777x Please have a look at siphon on wikipedia: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Siphon You will see that no siphon, not even a ‚flying droplet siphon‘ can lift any water up. Any siphon, priming barrel or not, can lift water from a well. It violates Newtons laws of physics. Any video ‚proving‘ otherwise is false.

    The cause is the wide interior surface of the drum without braces. In aircraft fuel tanks, buffets(average gauge plates)with holes as links are used to brace the inside of fuel tanks to prevent collapse thereby creating multiple cells inside the tank (drum). Cells that are link by just making sizeable holes in them.
