To anyone watching, I can confidently say that this video literally helped me pass the exam all on its own (the more videos you watch of Stu, the better, but nonetheless). Something I realized: don’t just listen to what he’s saying, but actively take notes. Something about writing and really listening to learn makes the information stick like glue in your brain. Thank you so much for this. All my courses aside, this video was the one that made me pass and really understand to learn, not just to “memorize answers”.

Hey, dude thanks a million for putting this out. I just passed my exam in Indiana and I couldn't have done it without this video. The Real Estate school I went to has an online version for $600 where they basically read the book. The test was done by PSI and they are a total disgrace. Nothing but one-star reviews as far as the eye can see. I was a realtor for 8 years in Chicago and the scenarios on that test were totally assinine. I never saw anything close to that BS in 8 years of practicing real estate. Your videos are a breath of fresh air I will tell everyone I know who is looking to get their license about you. I may even make a video ripping PSI later tonight just a god-awful experience from start to finish. Thanks a million.

I was a realtor foe 8 years and left the biz for 8 years and the scenerios on that test are assinine maybe 1 out of 100 will come across 90% of the crap on that test. Not to mention their website is total trash and the people that work online and the ones who administer the test in person were dismal worthless human beings. They shouldnt be administering or putting together any tests. If you look up their reviews online there are one star reviews as far as the eye can see and as far as I'm concerned whoever decided to hire these people in Indiana probably got paid off cuz they're track record online is as bad as I've seen any companies in any industry so somebody is clearly getting paid. I won't even go to a restaurant that's has a 3.7 * rating and they hire a 1 star company. There is nothing when it comes to govt regulation that isnt rotten to the core

Passed my PA fundamentals today and I honestly owe it all to yous with the different breakdowns and analogies of making the immense amount of information alot more fun and bearable. Failed my 1st time and I did study most the info and went over all the chapter quizzes and took a few "practice test" but the 2nd time there was a renewed focus and I felt alot more confident going in! It's alot of knowledge to consume don't let it overburden you!!

This first part on the mortgage was game changer for me, the OR EE rule never made sense to me when it came to mortgages bc I didn’t simply never understood that the borrower is who GIVES the mortgage (which is just an IOU). It was always brushed over in courses and seemed like the bank GIVES YOU the mortgage. Thank you for this!!!
@@jessicahills6720 when I signed up on Holloway institute they let me add a testing practice thing called computer cram or something? It was like an extra $50. I used that and it worked pretty well. And then I also just absolutely binge watched UA-cam videos to help study! I looked up videos specially made to help study for the exam. I used this guy here and realestatewizard videos.
This was AWESOME!!!!!! I loved the nearly 2 hours of knowledge. I have failed twice now and have felt so defeated. And, yes, Stu. I cried and cried the second time. I wish I had a Little Debbie to help ease my pain! HAHA! I have studied like crazy. But, those test questions are getting me!! UGH!! This was SO helpful. Wonderful job Stu!!! Prep agent team, on every question you put on the exam questions, can you include where we can find the answer. That way when we finish the test we can see what category we are lacking in the most?

I can't help but point out that a contract with a minor is actually voidable, not void, per the option of the minor per basic contract law. The lesson I think said that it was a "void" contract.

@@gbegomez Hey Gabe, I wouldn’t get too caught up with the math. I took my test for IL and I think there was a total of 10 math questions. I would focus on vocabulary and learning new words everyday. Once I got the vocab down it helped me SO much. I hope that helps :)

Here is a question I got on the PSI test that really confuses me. The contract states that after the inspection, the earnest money will be released to the seller. The seller wants the the funds released early. What do you do.
In this case, the contract stating that the inspection MUST come before the earnest money would be considered a contingency (requirement)... So without it being met, there is no earnest money to be given...

I used some Kaplan, some AceableAgent and read a lil oncourse learning . I did 3 real estate exam scholar and my result came back failed

I would say you wouldn’t give it because the terms of the contract haven’t been met yet
