My Shining Hour
The Wednesday Jazz Series at Bar Bayeux, Brooklyn, is curated by saxophonist Jerome Sabbagh and sponsored in part by Keyed Up. One set at 7:30pm EST every week, live on Facebook, and the next day for six days right here on UA-cam, until the next week's stream comes along. Even after the whole set is deleted, one song, or excerpt, stays online on UA-cam, with the permission of the artists.
Bro i was lost in those melodies when the vid cut off :()
IS THE WHOLE SHOW AVAILABLE TO VIEW ???
No, sorry. We stream every week and the entire shows are available for one week only, until the next one is uploaded. Please follow Bar Bayeux on UA-cam or Facebook to be aware of what's happening. All shows are live on Facebook on Wednesday at 7.30 pm EST, and uploaded to UA-cam right after.
@@saxman73 THANKS I HAVE SUBSCRIBED, LOOKING FORWARD TO MORE GREAT MUSIC
@@saxman73 Hi Jerome, apologies if I'm beating a dead horse here. I heard this entire show some time back now, the group does an incredible version of Chris's 'Okinowa' as I recall. I'd be happy to pay for rights or for the video if that entire performance if there is any possibility of that. Many thanks for your consideration!
@@rohrbacher1 Unfortunately I don't think this can happen. We only got permission to upload this snippet, sorry.
Huge Nasheet fan. Took some lessons 20+ years ago...
Wife is a nurse... With a saxophonist (no mask, obviously), those other guys are gonna want to wear some sort of protective eyewear (goggles/shield) if they're worried about the horn man having covid... With that kind of heavy breathing in that close space, the potential viral load could easily be caught through the eyes.... Especially these new variants that are more contagious....
Nasheet, killing it. As always.
Be safe ❤️
