My biggest takeaway from eu vs na is that eu takes opportunities with no "superstar" players way more than they do in na. Eu molds their players into the greatest, while na only picks up the "greatest"
Crazy to talk about NA mentality of ego>results because it’s like that in almost every esport I have ever seen. League and RL. NA is a subpar region because it’s not about the team. It’s about their own performance. It’s a “I can’t be the reason we lose” style of play.
Agreed. The only thing I ever want to hear about scrims is if they met in person and got into a shouting match or something super weird and usual like that.
Na just needs a Zen or a Old Bds so everyone has a new level to strive towards. Eu is consistently getting new teams and players that are elevating their region’s level. Zen is forcing his region to play better to prove they are better than him.
That would be great actually, a bit of insider perspective to talk about the current status of some of the mena teams just outside the top 2 (falcons and rule one) that look like they're having a bigger impact at times, how the R1/falcons battle is evolving, major scenarios etc
johnny: vatira doesn't give a f about what people think about him *vatira getting giga triggered when anyone anywhere says he doesn't consider vatira top1 in one particular aspect of the game*
Ummmm PSG is a sponsor not sole owner, they also have stakes in LGD Gaming in Dota 2. Just like OG and redbull. This is not a merge. Tundra is still the organization.
It's true tho. I am an NA enthusiast, but even I can see how much better EU was than NA this Open. And even Johnny was being a bit gracious with Zen vs Daniel. To me Zen is just so much better than nearly everyone. He's the only player that every single time he touches the ball you EXPECT something special to happen. With other players you know there is a possibility something could happen, but Zen is just different.
I'm also an NA fan and feel like anyone in top 4 EU would've beaten any team in NA this past regional. NA played sloppy and EU looked so fast and clean.
Nope. Not controversial at all. I'm an NA fan, and every NA fan I know can see the obvious difference in talent and game play. EU is ridiculously better.
@@justinwilliams2381 Exactly. People have got to realize that Gen G are consistently getting top 2 in NA, but can you look at the EU regional we just had and confidently say Gen G would make top 2? No way. They might, but it'd be far harder and they wouldn't be able to do it every regional like they do in NA. It's never gonna happen but i'd love to see Firstkiller move over and join an EU team just to see what it's like.
@@92Carnage I completely agree. As far as FK, my guess is he's teaming with Bmo and Dan next season whether C9 or Faze buy out the players or some other way.
It’s scary how the community just overlooks Alpha and how he was the best Vitality player by a mile. Because zen has the hype and they won they automatically look at him and say yeah he’s the best. In reality Zen had a quiet major when comparing it to the hype he’s had. He had good moments but i just wish people credited Alpha more.
It was all three players - Radosin was absolutely integral too. I think people underappreciate Zen's defense though, it may not catch attention like all of the raw mechanics, but it's a big part of why they were so strong
All three were absolutely cooking with Alpha and Radosin being consistent offense/defense. Zen was pretty good at defense and facilatating, he also had some pop off offense like when he had a hat trick. Ferra had one of the best interviews in a while and explained why Vitality was a complete team. Zen not only scored goals but actually worked extremely well with his team. The finals against Liquid Zen had some massive saves.
Rizzo saw a moist player hit some type of ceiling shot and then said “I never seen someone from na hit that” when first and chronic had hit that exact same shot in majors or regional😭
also, the EU vs NA debate... y'all do know you have like triple the population of NA and likely as high or higher players per capita right? certainly have the ingredients to be a stronger region
France on it's own has more worlds wins than the USA. I think you are right though there are more players in Europe but I dont think that population is the reason given Europe doesn't even have 2 times the population of the whole of North America. Just that the game is bigger in Europe. Like CS.
While it is true than EU has twice the population of NA, this needs to be nuanced. The most populated country in Europe is officially Russia, which does not play RL at all. Truth is, Europe RL scene is like 50% France, and the rest is for the most part England, Spain, Netherlands and Germany. So the part of the european population that ever produced pro player is really similar to NA actually. I agree with you tho Eu>na doesn't mean anything. The truth is France > na
The reason that NA is worse, is because its drilled into our brains that winning isnt everything and we'll get trophies just for participating instead of to be the best and to win 😂😂😂😂🤣
I still can't believe these two aren't teaming anymore. I just want all the boys back together Sadge

We need more of Joyo
These 2 are such great guests, I wish the episode was twice as long
Gotta love Johnny encouraging children to instigate and cause drama lol, seriously though I’m here for it

So...as said in the video, it’s more just covering a lot of the costs of things while letting tundra do their thing but have the PSG name included.
