Roll Dizz and CjCj are very close in skill, despite Roll dizz (2200 SSL) being higher than CjCj (Gc3-low SSL) cant really be higher because he is from OCE and there are so little players that the pro there cant real rank up couse there is no Competition to steal mmr from. (OCE pros only get to low SSL and start to get higher when abroad like in EU or NA) // I give a Tie Rizzo and TBates are both around gc3 and close, despite both being SSL in the past and higher. // I give a Tie Dazerin and Johnnyboi are around gc1-gc2 close again, but Daz plays more than Johnny and is on average higher ranked, in 2s and 3s // I give a slight adge to Daz So overall ist very close and i would say First touch are slightly better. They win by 6,5/10 Games
Something that they are not saying is that the Wildcard was also something that kept teams in their own region. Because if their region does well they would still have a really good chance at Worlds.
I agree with your guys take on casting. It would be no fun without some side banter! To add to it, i love when Johnny show’s his EU bias because it gets my passion going! And makes me want to debate him !

Legit wild seeing people piss themselves about "tarnishing radosins legacy" by poking fun at his on-field shenanigans, meanwhile it feels like Rizzos legacy has been completely nuked by memes and no one can even see the point he was making cuz they are too busy dunking on him for daring to imply he had a good career, which he objectively did.
Yeah I'm so glad CJ addressed the reddit post. It was so tiresome seeing John and all the people rush to play the victim card for the players when the casters are making a joke and having good fun with a storyline/player reputation. Nothing was mean or malicious. Some people just have to find things to complain about to keep themselves busy. Don't change your casting CJ it's great the way it is, let the whiners keep whining.
I was not convinced by their retort at all. If it's "all in good fun, trust us, bro", why is Radosin always the butt of their jokes when Alpha blunders on the field just as frequently? The dishonesty on display here is truly baffling. Not only have they created a "Radosin bad" narrative, they're even trying to gaslight us into believing there's no such narrative.
On the Radosin topic, or more so the topic of highlight misplays from players that make mistakes more often, i think its great. One of the best players from this scene, one of the most iconic players of this scene, was Turbopolsa. Someone that would make random mistakes everynow and then, someone that would own goal frequently. If anything, it adds charcter, like what CJCJ said. Its a beautiful element of this scene, and to get rid of it would make things more boring and bland.
What if, League Play where each team faces each other twice and then a double elimination, Quarters with Bo3 of Bo5 and then Semis and Grand finals with Bo3 of Bo7
Bit surprised you can say EU is stealing spots from SSA but this content creator in league going and stealing a spot in a UK tournament is a great idea
I think the talk of limiting import talent is going too far. If people fly over and set up lives in a country, it's not as bad. 1/3 residents is enough. If 2 EU players were to team with 1 OCE player, I think it would be good for the region. APAC is kind of similar. This issue is much more of a thing for SSA given their context but even still 1/3 would be enough. Imports are still exciting and interesting, limiting that to some arbitrary view of residency isn't the solve
With Radosin I have zero problem with it but it does feel like yall overdo it at this point yall act like every time he touches the ball its a own goal😂
No one is asking for bland/boring casting. I think you guys are being a bit sensitive. I agree with CJ about criticising players being entertaining. I think it's important to just share the love a bit. Sometimes casters get stuck on one thing in their mind and turn it into a meme. Realistically Rado would have done that himself but the meme can go on and on. In this case it's to the point that Rado gets the blame for Alpha and Zen mistakes all the time. You guys are great casters (especially CJ). No one wants no trash talk, I think people are just a bit over this particular meme. Change isn't the thing people really want, just share it around 3% more.
2/3 and 2 seasons is crazy. 2 and a half years is what you're requiring of someone. Imagine this going the other way - a student going to study in the US would need to wait and hold up their skill for 2.5 years to get into one of those NA teams. They'll be practically graduated by the time they're allowed in. In RL terms they'll basically be as old as Torsos
I think you're misunderstanding, it's not 2 seasons before they can play in the region, it's 2 seasons before they are considered a "home" player. So for example, GenG would be eligible right now because both Chronic and Firstkiller are NA players, but Jack is EU. Next season, would be Jack's 3rd season, making him an "NA" player, meaning they could kick either Chronic or First and pick up an import player, and still satisfy the 2/3 rule.
@@mapl3bac0n68 Maybe I am misunderstanding but that sounds like the same thing. If Noly and Jack wanted to go together like they did, they wouldn't be able to. So say Jack goes over and teams with current GenG. He plays last season, and then this season. Come next season he's finally able to play with Noly. That's 2 and a half years after the the initial move. Now what happens if Jack wants to move back 'home'. Does he now become an import and is limited for another 2.5 years (2 seasons)?
Everyone wants wildcard back, im not sure if it was done in a LAN environment, if so all orgs would have to fly their players out, RL would need to host a venue. An we already know how stingy and greedy the owners of this game are, cut prize pools, eliminated trading so people can only buy blueprints and from their item shop with credits, their profits have increase x2 and they have /2 what they offer the Pro's and supporters of the scene. Greed is just a virtue in this world. If they put in the extra effort I think they would break even with exposure and player retention anyway, thats the sad thing.
I personally don’t entirely agree with the not making jokes about players making mistakes. However I think the rizex thing went on a bit too long. It just stopped being funny, and was more of kicking someone when they’re down. This happens all the time though, so I didn’t really care that much, I just switch streams cause it’s not fun to watch.
