Nice video, it helps a lot of people to see the steps rather than just reading them. Here are just a couple other tips that help when I install the trolley. I always drill my holes for the bolts just a bit smaller than clearance so they thread themselves in. Also when I attach the clip I put it as close to the bungee as possible otherwise it will be that much further from the front or back.
The anchor trolley is simply a positioning device for not only an anchor but also can be used with a stake-out pole or a drift chute. It helps you deploy each device by allowing you to do each from the seat of the kayak, hook a device up then trolley the device into the desired position (be it your bow or stern). Also once deployed you can easily change your position by trolleying the the line into a different angle or position.
Why do you totally ignore the instructions that came with the kit? Example, you ran the rope up through the pulleys rather than down. Also that little post at the end belongs inside the seating area and acts as a stop to set your relative position when your are anchored.

Very informative. Also liked the inside shots showing how well nuts function, etc. Thanks so much!

Great job. Liked the video of the inside of kayak.
