There was some discussion going into Beijing as to whether she could qualify to AA over Nastia. She def would have had a chance if she hadn’t fallen on bars and Nastia still had.
And Pescek. She could have contributed on beam and floor as well. We really only needed Sacramone on vault unfortunately- and it became blaringly evident.
@@saragrant9749 I know, its so vexing no to see either Bridget, Chellsie of Samantha compete, they were so good, still the US (any country) has yet to have another team with 3 world AA champions and a Olympic Champion, so sad Shawn and Nastia were the whole team.

I'm unsure of what the competition is but it was in 2010 before the world championships. Might've been a competition called the Holland Invitational? but don't quote me on that

It is iconic when saw Shannon Miller stuck vault 1992, and then, Mustafina stuck landing on bars 2012, Shannon is the one commentating it

For the life of me I can't see how these women can do the moves, much less stick a landing. Supernatural for sure.
