As someone with experience, this is actually pretty similar. All though, this is one effect out of many others that are present with acid. It's generally impossible to perfectly replicate the full effects of acid unless you take it but, man. That was a VERY nice representation.
Yeah I agree, it definitely simulates the 'breathing' depth-perception of LSD but my experience with acid is that the visuals of the eye really aren't that special without the psychological effects/confusion/euphoria of it. Yeah colors appear more saturated and distant objects kinda twinkle + stretch themselves. Close-up objects have 'ghosts' when moved or you see visible trails of your hands moving. Disclaimer: I haven't tripped total sack on acid, ive only done beginner/moderate doses of gel tabs. Definitely look at trees on acid though, tree trunks/bark become waterfalls. Lay in the grass. I geeked out watching a single ant going from grass blade to grass blade for like 30 minutes, that ant became the only thing that mattered at the time. That's the best part of 'visuals' - phone/TV screens can be trippy as hell too. Basically, 'distant' objects pulse like this but again, the mental state of being on acid changes the perception of the visuals entirely. I was in my own backyard and the visuals were mild but it felt extremely alien to me, like i'd never been there before and the backyard looked 10x bigger than ever
I have been mostly sad but after taking shrooms few months ago, l feel much happier and highly motivated and my ADHD gone , lost a ton of anxiousness and had a few epiphanies about how I should live my life. I decided to buy an ounce for backup, but haven’t yet felt the need to take any more since then.
All I can say is Psychedelic therapy treats mental health issues. Anxiety and depression. Likely to be the most profound experience a human can have in life time.

This is honestly a very good representation of what some of the open eye visuals looks like on mushrooms/LSD. It was quite intense, but does only last for just a few seconds. With LSD and mush it's a looooot longer than that lol
