Clarified Espresso Martini with Clarified Coffee

  • Clear ClarifiedEspresso Martini with clarified coffee is a challenge I've been wanting to tackle for some time now and I've finally done it!
    In this video I'm going to show you how to make the classic espresso martini and also how to make a clear clarified espresso martini with clarified coffee. How to make clarified coffee will also be covered but I plan on posting a more in-depth tutorial on the entire process in the very near future so please keep your eyes peeled for that!

    If you're unable to use an espresso shot for your espresso martini, don't fear! You can substitute with 1oz of cold brew concentrate. You can also use cold brew the clarified coffee portion as well.

    What an amazing experiment. Liked and subscribed. I'd be tempted to make a foam in the isi whipper to give it that espresso look. Maybe a chocolate flavoured white foam?

      Thank you! I think so but only in the refrigerator just to be safe. Still always go with the ole taste/smell test.

    What would happen if you add aquafaba and instead of stirring you shake it?

      This would actually still foam if you shake it from the whey and coffee. I just wanted to keep the final product as clear as possible

    Is the infused rums taste strong enough? You seem to be using the 1 liter Whipper, but fill it with only 4 ounces and using only one charge. This means there is a lot of air above the rum and consequentially much less pressure.

      It’s actually a pint size whipper. It has a very strong taste.
