Souffle Pancakes require a circular mold and has to be cooked at a slightly lower heat and it has to have a bit of water on the pan along with a lid to allow a bit of steam to allow the pancake to fluff up. Aside from that the batter was solid.

It was fun to see you take on soufflé pancakes! I think they may have turned out more fluffy if the egg whites were whisked into stiff peaks (this was maybe three quarters there) and if the flour was only folded in (also, I recommend mixing the baking powder with the flour, adding it beforehand means it loses some of its effect). Please keep trying out interesting new recipes!

Hi Kay, if you want you could try mixing the yolks with the milk, three spoons of flour and baking powder. And beat the egg whites separately from the other mix, add the sugar and please don't stop until you see the peaks. Then put that into the egg yolk mix carefully, until you see all the mix like light yellow without any white part. Please do it with a spoon or something, but not with the machine or is going to loose its fluffyness. You should use a piping bag to give it consistency and form. It's difficult that part but you can watch videos to guide you while you're cooking, I wish you the best! Keep at it 💜
