Kay, a sharper knife will actually give you more control, since you aren't fighting to cut things. So your fingers are actually safer with a sharp knife than with a dull one. If you are truly worried about your fingers, there are products you can buy to protect them, but with proper knife skills and a proper sharp knife you should never have that issue.

as a trained chef, i am not going to comment on your cooking skills or preparation of items, but after all the memes ive seen, i felt like i needed to tell you, that i am very impressed... you do not steal any recepies (that i know of), and you always got a new one on hand. despite all the "i-can-cook-so-much-better" you are still pursuing your hobby and even uploading failures. you have balls of steel.

Kay, you very well may not see this, but if you do, trust me on this. Poached eggs(yolks runny, about 1:30 in boiling water with about 1/4 teaspoon vinegar) on lightly toasted white bread with peanut butter and a little bit salt on top of the egg for taste. I usually eat it open faced, be careful with the runny toll, I recommend eating over a plate. It is absolutely delicious. I also recommend and peanut butter and jam sandwich with (thinly) sliced pickled cucumber. The slight acidity makes the peanut butter pop.
