I can understand that but their is so many things that are off in this dish. No trinity Roux wasn’t made properly Chicken was not boiled for stock and normally it would be a Hen that would be deboned after cooking. Sausage would be smothered Then stock and chicken added back. Also the darkness of the roux would really depend on if you are trying for New Orleans Style which is more like a soup Or Lafayette style which is more like a stew in color.

Sorry No. Real Gumbo is so different from this. We in Texas and Louisiana like it dark and spicey. It's to die for. Literally it might kill you. We put in sausage, crabs, shrimp, and chicken. Okra is the key to the right texture.
