I went to this game and it was one of the best Purdue football games I’ve ever been to in my life! I’ve been to about 90 Purdue football games and this game today and the Ohio State Purdue game in 2018 are the 2 best Purdue football games I have ever seen in my life! The 5 hour road trip from Indiana to Iowa was definitely worth it to see the Purdue Boilermakers win another football game!

Agreed. This was one of their best!! All game on both sides of the ball. I will also say, being a little older, and Purdue graduate as well. Some others that are up there would be Purdue Vs #4 Kansas state Alamo bowl 1999, Purdue vs osu 2000, Purdue vs Notre Dame 2004
Me and 3 other guys drove up to Ann Arbor to see Purdue beat Michigan in 1966. Lance Olsen broke through to block a punt Purdue recovered for a touchdown. We had some good teams under Jack Molenkopf. We didn't know how rare they would be,
My favorites I got to attend were - Indiana when Kyle Orton threw 400 yds in the first half. and when they just nearly beat OSU but the Buckeyes scored on that 4th down play. I cant believe youve been to 90 games, thats wild as hell.

we got #1 Alabama #2 Iowa #3 Oregon #9 Clemson who all 4 suffered upsets to unranked or previously unranked teams many other upsets have occurred but from ranked teams. What a year.

Ohio State will likely play Iowa in the conference championship anyway, so Iowa losing wouldn't have any effect on them. Actually OSU would've rather had Iowa keep winning until then.

Iowa has won all their games this year because of their defense. Today their weakness (their offense) was what did them in. Four turnovers was it? Doesn't matter how good your defense is if your offense spots the opponent a short field multiple times.

Yep they could loose all of them or win all the rest. It depends on changes they make...They need to take the next two weeks to shake this loss off and really look at ways the Offense can be effective. This whole season the offense is a swing and a miss while the defense and special teams give them opportunities that any Offense should take full advantage of.
