You could print some acoustic shapes for those sound deadeners. you could also print the insert for them with wall loops set to 0, bump up the infill so it prints the cylinder in infill only. the shapes of infill would probably be decent at sound deadening You could try adaptive layer height for that model too
It be neat at the end of each video, mention what is favorite printer of the day from a reliability and quality standpoint point. Gets more people to watch to see if their favorite is winning. Maybe a daily score board to see in real time how they perform. Etc
why don't you just cut the parts of the model where you'd like to test the support and just print those parts? saves a lot more time and filament. you can also buy marble PLA for the d20 as well. not really stone, but the prints often come out really nice, hides layer lines as well.
Sorry I don't quite understand. You have no relation to 3d printing with your current business, and you decided to try 3d printing by purchasing a print farm? I mean by the sounds of it even if the 3d printing doesn't work out you must be doing quite well for yourself bro.
Engagement is engagement-keep up the good work!
Have you tried using stone filament?
Commenting just because engagement is engagement!
