BMW X3 F25 B47 engine intake manifold cleaning after 125,000 km. How it looks inside.

When a diesel car is used in the city for short distances, deposits appear in the intake manifold that can cause serious defects, I recommend to all those who use these cars in this way a cleaning of the intake manifold at least every 3 years.

I have exactly thé same problem with m'y f36 grand coupe 420xd. I clean all and it work very well but it's a dirty job......very dirty

That engine bay is so dirty I can say it has 325000 km on the clock.

Yes, it was bought in Poland, so it a tually has the number you suggest

Did you use torque wrench to tighten it up after refitted or just tighten up by hand and not worry??

Wow it’s exactly like my fathers bead blaster for removing carbon/debri from metal but instead it sprays detergent….thank you very much for responding so quickly to my question.

Clean your intake once delete egr and u won't have this problems anymore.
