Its a shame our great state has to suffer because of that terrible city and our fearless leader coumohomo... We really need to separate from the east coast of the state. They can argue and fight and kill one and other over where they live and the rest of us can live our lives without having to abide by the rules they have. How much is plywood by you? A sheet of 15/32 is just under 70 dollars before tax and a 2x4x8 is 11 and change. Its ridiculous. I started a shed shop this spring and blew my budget before I even finished framing and now it sits waiting for sheathing and to be finished because I can't afford a 6,000 dollar lawnmower house.

I did some 3rd shift demo work there filling in with a company I worked for that had an asbestos abatement company under its name knocking down a bathroom and one of the asbestos company employees sawed through a fire suppression system nozzle and flooded the building.
