When can I sit on my butt after a BBL?

Definitely one of the top questions for BBL surgery! In my experience it is not an issue. You can sit, sleep on your back, lay on your sides the day of if you wish. It does not change the outcomes. I perform this frequently with tummy tuck surgery, and I assure you that there is no difference in outcomes. It takes sitting or laying on a really hard surface for hours before you would change the shape. As long as you are on something soft, it will be fine. I even give you a booty pillow to make you feel better about it!
