Easy Evil Dead Chainsaw Hand PROP Ash Williams Cosplay - DIY Tutorial

Welcome to my yearly cosplay video. Hope I didn't traumatize you with my dumb intros/outros. There is only one Bruce Campbell, and my impression doesn't do him nearly enough justice. Forgive me, o internet.
These cosplay tutorials are some of the most challenging to make and take the most resources, effort, and time, so your support means the world to me.
Materials used to create this Prop (I was able to get everything around $50, not including paint/glue/various hardware, buy specialty hardware, like the large hex nut and bolt, by the single piece at stores to save more money):
- Main Body: Arizona Tea Gallon:

- Blade: 1/2 in. x 5-1/2 in. x 96 in. Primed MDF Baseboard (by the foot)

(You can get a much smaller, cheaper baseboard to make a more realistic looking blade that isn't so cartoony. Make sure to get thick enough board to support connecting your chain with small screws.)
- Chain: #14 x 1 ft. Zinc Plated Steel Jack Chain (by the foot)

- Fake Pullcord: Shoestring or Small Rope.
- The extra aesthetic pieces (dryer outlet plate, striker plate, etc.) are at your own discretion.

Its been so long since the last cosplay prop tutorial, love it and great job! Oh and a tip for stupid sticky labels, scrub it with normal hand sanitizer and it'll start peeling right off :)

That's a great tip. Totally works with most labels. But the Tea Jug label was a different kind of beast. It was half label + half painted on + ALL demon.
