Amazing amount of prep goes into a pour like that. Have to be prepared for any possible problem or you’ve got a real mess on your hands! I don’t know if the music ‘fit’, but it was cool anyways. Much better than some of that China techno hip hop crap on a lot of other videos like this. 🤜🤛

I sure wish you could have a magical pump at your house and anytime you have a project you can just turn a knob and perfect concrete will start flowing without mixing it or any bs. Mainly because I hate doing concrete but somehow always get knee deep in it monthly for a friend or my own project. But I either get a truck or if I’m doing something on my property I mix it my self with my favorite fibers. I’ve got a recipe I nailed down I tested 5 blocks from 5 different batches and it’s all withstood 35,226-37,476lbs psi. So I’m a lot more comfortable mixing it myself for my own stuff. I have a real hard on for ultra high strength concrete. It’s so easy to make why would I settle with 4,000lbs psi
@Green Bastard I need food for my body and I need five times daily prayers to feed my soul, cocaine cannot cut, nor can it bring peace at heart as five times daily prayers do.
I just got a message im selected to work with such things. Im the pump/truck operator. Takes 6 month training before the real work begins. Salary seems to be good but i hope the job is reasonable chill and safe. I have a very little experience with concreate or pumping. Interview had a test how good you are with a crane, it was very easy to operate, gaming helped me :d
You’ll like it, I’m sure. I’m in the concrete business and being the operator of these pumps is quite easy once you get used to it. If you’re used to having controllers in your hands you’ll fit right in since that’s how you control the pump. Good luck
Good ole concrete good stuff concrete layer from New Zealand love the 2 man screeding as well not a easy job screeding and yeah the guy on the vibrators got it made for the day easy part of the job
Dude horrible lol I like how they don't fill there footholes. If your gonna kick and run. You need the kick part lol. I'd be pissed running a machine filling lines of footprints

I'm in foundation repair and text my Uncle who is a high end software/business structural engineer muckie muck. Has not gotten back to me. I ask him how they work it if at all after pumping. At least the foundation and lower part? What about vibrating it with sound? We always work concrete. So I would love to know how it specs for large building foundations. I bet they pour so much it sets itself by weight
@@HospitalConstruction sorry, I meant to say would I be able to incorporate some of the clips showing the pump and the operator but not include the audio? In case you thought I was asking for the whole video. And if the answer is no Im understanding!
To the untrained eye it looks like they're just roaming about. If you had the slightest knowledge of what you were looking at then you wouldn't make such a dumb statement.
Hospital Construction it's not a big deal I was just wondering. I worked for a general contractor and we had a 1 million sq ft pad with footings and the engineer was so worried about the slab have extreme weak points if it was not poured together. So it was poured continuously we had concrete trucks running non stop for 72 hours and I believe the finish crew's took close to 24 hours after the trucks we're done to complete the pour it was so expensive it reminded me of when we poured a casino hotel on the strip.
I wouldn't be surprised if it was even more than that it's crazy how much is needed for some of these big pours. If you get a chance look up the Hoover dams new bridge they built several years ago. They had to cool down the mix before they could pump it because it's so hot hear that it would dry before it made it to the end of the pipe. I don't know the temperature but if the mix showed up one degree warmer than the certain degree it needed to be it was rejected because it would cost 3 times the amount to cool it down 1 more degree. I got permission from the contractor to be there to watch and learn and it was amazing what they had to do it was awesome
CNTSLES fabrication In Florida they add lots of ice to keep it cool for the mass pours that are critical to ensure it doesn’t get too hot during the curing phase. I’ve seen an 8’ feet thick pour have a 50 degree differential from the center to edge while curing.
I'm from Dublin IRELAND and I have worked on concrete pump's since I was a kid over 25 year's working on them from line pump's to 63m putzmister boom's I whould love to go over to the USA for a few mouth's and work there to see how thing's are done and to see if I can learn anything different or show how we do it in Ireland if any one knows where I chould go let me know

Check out mud floods #flatearth our history is a lie
Check out 911 the Hollow buildings

its amazing to see all the professional concrete workers come out of the cracks saying how they could do it quicker and better lol
They're clueless as to the dimension of something like this
Now that's what I call a slab!
No planes are gettin' through that!
That was a monster thick concrete floor.
Looking at that rebar mat just makes my back hurt bent over all day tying it
am very happy to see this at the moment i wish to work here . keep on with the good work

Omg soo much hard work...
Way to go Cemex! Trucks lined up ready to keep the pump going is great service.
The background music is awesome.. Loved it
Glad to see the Concrete Warriors Alliance stalking the comments section to attack any innocent, uneducated commenters. Great work boys
Why is this so satisfying?
Because your not actually doing it.
Imagine the difference between today’s work quality and 70 years ago quality. Yet those old buildings still stand.
Some do, some don't

Nice work & beautiful music 👌
And here I thought I poured large slabs at work. This makes mine look like a sidewalk

Yeah try poring 1400 yards 2 feet thick only one mat for 12 hours straight
Although it's really random to have jazz lounge playing on this, it is oddly satisfying
Folks try playback speed up x1.5. Amazing work and music :)

Thanks, I'll try!
I always watch your content and i really love it.. you are my inspiration of my channel
Great video! What's the guy carrying that backpack mounted motor doing? He's always next to the hose worker.
its a vibrator so it minimizes the air bubbles in the concrete so it becomes more solid and stronger

yes, concrete is more than work. it is a passion mate.
This is what they fap to
Yes lol
I just wanted to say thank you too those hard working Latinos for all there hard work
massive job great work I know concrete is a tough job this is a good crew
dumb question, but when the top bar is getting coated with concrete so long before the slab is filled up, is a cold joint forming around it?
Yes
I don't know why there are a thousand thumbs down plus... Its a video of *EXACTLY* what the title reads.
Looks like Forcine pumps or old Lehigh pumps !
do you have floor leveling which use ruler? we have a leveling machine instead of manual use ruler.
How long did it take to assemble all that damn rebar holy damn
Realistically I’d guess forming this took 3 weeks to a month
Depends on how much money you willing to spend. More money means more workers and faster process
a ton of rebar to measure....
I'm sure there was some sort of concrete testing...so this was a 28hr day.....
Where did they got that much sand? Dear mother earth your massive.... Thanx
Excellent job.
That was as professional heavy commercial concrete placement performance you could ask for
I salute you guys for your job.
☆I WAS BORN 4 THIS SHIT☆ love it ♡
I wonder how long it took to finish the casting of as huge as this raft foundation.
I'm intimidated by the concrete pump truck Never had to work with one yet but I'm sure that's going to change
I'm sure after a little bit of time around one I'll get used to it still intimidating tho

40% angry with how the concrete was poured

Well it depend on the height the concrete is poured. It should fill the gaps and need just to do levelling

what is the aggregate size ( stone)
Probably 3/8s or 3/4.
Looks like 1 inch
@@SimpleMechanic931 And what strength or mpa would the concrete be?
@@Mick_4591 depends on the application, but if it was some variety of skyscraper it’s most likely somewhere in the 8k psi range

How many feet is that
I'm Garden City put wire mesh over the rebar so you don't fall through
I can see what everyone is doing but what is the guy in blue hard hat doing poking a probe or similar into the concrete?
That's a vibrator that removes bubbles from the concrete.
Technology century great work
Good work
Any idea how many concrete trucks needed for that one floor ?
500 trucks we have to return like 10 trucks
vibrate it's very use full to avoid voids
purpose is to remove the air...
NICE Video ..but I want to know why you used this fiber net between the steel ?
So you can walk on the re-bar.

Jazz music playing to flat work concrete done by paisas wtf? 😂

He drops a vibrator into the concrete to allow it to fill every nook and cranny, this allows the concrete to finish nicely and prohibits honeycomb
