I got into all this watching the gear heads who used to live next to me skank out to this dirty genre when I was young and ever since I've been hooked, on jump up / drum and bass at least. I wouldn't necessarily say this is primarily drum and bass because there are so many sub genres, but I'm not really into that liquid stuff or anything that's uploaded nowadays. It's all too commercial and views orientated and nobody makes it for the moment anymore.
