I don't think it's a spoiler to point out that magnetized objects can be moved back and forth using the buttons.
I really enjoy watching someone with no previous experience with Zelda games figuring stuff out and exploring the world. Don't let the comments of a few impatient back seat gamers get to you, you're doing fine! Keep the videos coming. :)
Have I been impatient the last two streams? I didn’t mean to be, thought I simply left a few helpful tips. 😅
It's really refreshing seeing people jump into this game for the first time and play around with it. 👍
p.s. I've seen streamers who've struggled far more with this game who didn't have nearly as many frustrated chats/comments, like come on...
Honestly I appreciate the fact that you aren't well versed in these kinds of games! Watching people try new things and learn is cool :)
splendid unique ice-raft solution! Ie. don't settle for looking for the imaginary "supposed to" way, investigate the outrageous ways. It's more fun that way.
Eg .. at the start in the first shrine .. those balls floating on the water where you need to get one in teh first cage. I saw someone, out of frustration after failing to figure it out, .. throw a bomb into the pool ... and by chance blew a ball right over the top of the cage into the bowl to open the gate. It was spectacular. .. = one of the benefits of not backseating .. unique imaginative solutions may be found.
I just found ur channel yesterday and I’ve been watching all the Zelda vids you posted recently
Two tips for exploration, you can use your binocular to mark any shrines and towers like you did in the tutorial section with the king
And if you activate a shrine and turn it on, it will act as a fast travel point without having to actually enter and complete it. So you can activate a waypoint and keep going if you’re determined to not get distracted while on a mission
Also your lack of weapon management may come back to bite you. You keep a torch and a 4 damage club in your pocket but are walking by 15 or 20 damage weapons. It may lead to you breaking all of your weapons mid fight and having to run away
So much fun to watch you play this game! The next time you face a guardian test of strength shrine, you can use that whirly wind thing to jump up, deploy your paraglider, then do slo-mo arrow shots to its head.
Just started the video, so idk if someone on stream helped already, but you can switch the jump button to "B" on the bottom. I know it will help you IMMENSELY
Just wanted to be quick so you actually see my comment, lol (and yes, I DID comment this last vid, just wanna help 😂)
LOVE the series so far, you're doing great!! DON'T GIVE UP!!!
Lmao I can’t wait for the lynel confrontation 😂😭😭
The advice I want to comment gets more and more plentiful as I watch. If you’re having trouble with the camera, try turning up the sensitivity, I think I played at max and it’s still fairly slow to move around.
When the robot spins that laser, it makes an updraft that you can glide on and either shoot him with an arrow or drop attack on his head.
As far as combat with him goes, the last tutorial taught you the dodge and flurry attack or shield parry. Also critical arrow shots to his eye will stun him.
The three weapon types are one hand, two hand, and spear, and each has a different charge attack, I feel like you’ve only used the 1h spin attack so far but the other two are way more useful.
You’ll do ok in this game because it both forces you to get better if you want to win, but also gets easier as you play longer, so don’t get discouraged with combat
yay more BOTW, my 2nd fav game! Glad you are enjoying it, keep it up.
more zelda + secret of us reaction in the same morning ? bruh we eating GOOD today
Combat tips!
Combat will be easier if you manage your weapons better. Most of the time when you have struggled with combat it was cuz you were using a week weapon! The higher the # on the weapon the more damage it will do. if you have a strong weapon most monsters are 1 or to hits to kill! So it if vary imported to all way have strong weapons on hand, and get rid of the weaker weapons! most of the time you are not picking up the strong weapons or even looking to see if the weapons are stronger then the ones you have. weapons can be found by defeating monsters, or sometimes you can just find them laying around the map. Chest are all so a grate way to get good weapons to!
Side note there is all so a way to increase the # of weapons you can hold at one time witch is all so a big help. The close you are wearing can all so help a lot with combat to, some clothing have more defense then other, some clothing will all so give you stats to like attack up or protect you from elements like hot or cold! There are all so ways to upgrade your clothing to, to get more defense. The more defense you have the les harts you will lose!
There are many way to do things, in this game and lot of things in this game you can do to make things easier, but the game doesn’t teach them to you, you have to figure out how to do them on your own.
Some monsters will all so have little mechanic to them and with out knowing them will make the fight hard but one’s you figure then out they become easy. There are all so a lot of combat tricks to you can do to.
When they design this game the developers wanted the game to have many ways to do ever thing, so that know 2 player would have the same experience or do it the same way. So there is not right or wrong way to do anything, just some ways maybe easier or more efficient then others. so there is really no way to cheat in this game, if it works then it works lol.
Wow great job 👏!! Little guardian was fun 😅
Three words when you get to Ploymus Mountain - Do. Not. Engage. :D
Hey Caitlin, Nancy Drew ?
Honestly at this point the game really opens, and you can do what and go were ever you want just explore, and have fun! There are lots of things you can do but, I would recommend shrine/tower hunting 1st. shrines and towers are grate, they give you fast travel locations. and every 4 shrines you do you can get more harts or stamina!!! Towers show the map and provide high point to paraglide from! All these things will help you progress in the game. FYI there are 15 towers and 120 shrines in the game! It is a huge map!

It's so cute seeing someone so NOT combative playing a game where she needs to be so

One thing I don't get about Twitch is the gifting of Subs - is that just fake followers/subscribers that make the person's account look beefier? They are not real followers but make you look bigger than you are. Is that what it is or something else?
YAYAAAYA
Are you going to play life is strange double exposure? It has max as the main character again it comes out oct 29
She mentioned in this that she’s looking forward to it
Meu Deus essa senhora tem sérios problemas. Ela devia procurar ajuda
Stop running away from simple fights. Learn to use the "z" button and face your enemy with 1 handed weapon and a shield. You need to master it to have a chance at the difficult fights later.
It's painful to watch. She still has not learned how to move away and bring the grabbed objects ))
While this is difficult to watch, it happens all the time given the abundance of movement options. You get it explained once at the beginning and that's it, then you just ignore the hint. TotK also did the same thing with throwing objects. I constantly used up all my arrows underground until I saw in another video that you could simply throw the glowing plants by hand.
To be fair the game is a steep learning curve. I think back to my first playthrough (my first Zelda game) and I hadn’t understood the stasis rune properly mainly the part about striking objects in stasis to store energy. I didn’t realise multiple strikes will create power to launch a heavy object. I don’t even remember how I figured it out eventually (maybe saw it on YT) but I’m sure if someone had been watching me struggle they would’ve been frustrated.
I think we should all just chill and let her improve at her own pace and enjoy this amazing game.
@@ShellysAshes I think I learned that cuz of watching speed runs. And now I can do all of the speedrun glitches
@@CALAMITY0FHYRULE The only glitch I am able to perform is the bomb impact launch and even it "just" neede about 1 hour to perform it the first time I needed much more time to master it. Well, master it... I succeed every 1 of 3 times. But for me its okay. I dont use it for speed runs but just to travel faster. So let's all be nice to this lady because everyone makes the same mistakes in the beginning.
@@Borna909 yup. I have a tutorial on my channel for some of the easier combat glitches. And I am always nice to her. Sometimes I might make a vid for BLSS (super fast movement)
