They are true gentlemen who are on a next plain from the normal!! God bless you all for being unselfish and recognizing how important the Old Folks still are!
This was done.for my Dad, Curly Seckler, he was living there in the nursing home in Hendersonville ! Great honor for Dad , these Guy's are the Best !!!
These people truly still live real music right down to their souls. For my grandparents 50th anniversary me and all my cousins and uncle that are musicians built a set of nice old time songs just for the party and over ten years later they still remember and cherish it. They’re fantastic guys for remembering ALL their fans not just the paying ones. Top notch
Love the lineage of Dobro players. I think Jerry has one of my dads Dobros or did...I know Oswald and he swapped dobros at a festival after show many many years ago.. My dad was Bob Cline, 5 time Dobro of the year by The SPBGMA. I have his plaque from 1990... These sounds are my childhood. They take me back many many years...Thanks
I love that these guys would go and play at the nursing home I'm sure they were blessed. I'm 72 and still playing nursing homes and it's always a blessing to see the smiles.. You know they really appreciate you coming and spending time with them. Thankful that I'm still able to serve.
The day they did this show, Shawn was sitting and talking with the old folks. While he was talking with them, he was eating peanuts from a bowl that was sitting on the coffee table. Jerry yelled to him to come and get ready to play. Shawn, being the gentleman he was, apoligised for eating all of their peanuts. An old lady with no no teeth spoke up and said, thaz ahl wite, we dun wicked awl du quocalate off dem.
I believe that is him sitting in the wheel chair to the right of them...correct me if I'm wrong or he is sitting on the other side of the room, just beside the pole.
Playing for Seniors? God bless you guys! We should all be doing more of this.
What a treat! Love the Bass with Barry Bales providing the good rhyme!
The best of regular Guys picking for the older folks! Wonderful thought!

Those are super lucky old people.
Great song by a great band.......
Is Mr. Seckler shown in this video? If so when does it show him, and where is he?

Kind of morbid to play a prison song to people stuck in an old folks home. What a treat though.
Terrible singing
Common give the fellows a break
Are you kidding me?!
