Thank you for this beautiful video. So much of it resonated with me. I love your vision board and sticker pages. It inspires me to create something similar in my household journal. For years I have written my goals all on one page in six or eight boxes, so I don't overwhem myself. Then under each category I list three elements that comprise the goal. For example, under Health, I might write: Nutritious meals, Regular exercise, Sleep 7 to 9 hours. I like to, and need to, keep things very simple. I need to steward my energy and take ample time to refresh so that I am at my best for others. I have learned to balance activity with rest and rejuvenation. In a kind of gentle rhythm. To stay in equilibrium.

Thanks so much for watching and for the kind comment. I love that you list three elements that comprise each goal. I think that is something I definitely want to consider next year. Thanks so much for sharing your goal process.

This was very helpful! I’m planning to use the Makse Life weekly planner for my goal setting/tracking alongside the Sterling Ink common planner. Love how you’re using them together. 😊

Thank you so so much for this! I am glad it was so helpful. So one of my girls wanted the Makse Life for next semester and I caved and gave her mine but took out the life assessment and goals and put in the back of my Sterling Ink. However I think I am going to print the free Life assessment + etc and use that moving forward with Sterling Ink because it was so helpful to write it all down for the yearly overview. Im definitely using my Makse Life planner goals across all planners/journals.

Thanks for sharing! I’m really curious how you are going to use the makse life for budgeting. I have a digital makse and having goals and finances in one place would be awesome!

Thanks so much for watching! I just finished telling Colette that one of my girls wanted the Makse Life for next semester but I took out my life assessment and goal planning pages at the beginning of the book. I am going to write down my bills in the monthly in my Paper Tess Designs Planner and Track Expenses in the back. I will have a video discussing this process.
