Let me add an extra tip to number two in this video: spray your damp sponge with Charlotte Tillbury’s setting spray and then dab all over your foundation. That both lifts off the excess as Lisa says AND it makes the foundation melt together and into the skinn and gives a really naturallly looking skin. I am 57 with dry skin and I use Dior Forever Skin Glow foundation and this trick amazes me every single day. 😊
I never use foundation on my smile lines. Instead I use a colour correcting eyeshadow primer and lightly set with powder. Looks seamless with my powder foundation.
I do all those steps, BUT I spray the damp sponge with setting spray, press the spray into the sponge, THEN dip it in the powder and press it into the under eyes and apples of my cheeks ❤❤
Thank you. You Don't Have Wrinkles. I also find that with the damp sponge if I use some finishing spray and pass it over my face the makeup doesn't travel.
I’m definitely going to try the powder on the damp beauty blender. I’m 68 and my oily skin seemed to normalize for a few years. Now it’s oily again. It’s difficult to keep makeup, even powder foundation in place with oily skin.
Once I started using an almost dry "beauty blender" as the final touch to my foundation application, I never looked back. You passed on this tip ages ago and it's fantastic 👏. 💚💚💚
Nikki La Rose did a comprehensive video on different foundations, and you can purchase Nikki’s new brush set at BK Beauty too. Outstanding makeup brushes!
Use a high end vitamin c and you wont have wronkles. It can also lift your skin back to no wrinkles( as long as they arent way to deep. It works im 60 and it works great.always take off makeup at night and do a nighttime moisturizer routine you use.
Do. you have foundation recommendation for normal to dry skin? I am 52 years old and currently, I use the Armani foundation and Saie tinted moisturizer (for regular days).. I love the BK beauty 101 brush!!
Chanel No.1, Bounce by Beauty Blender, Cle de Peau Beaute NATURAL and the TF Traceless foundation are my "go to" natural foundations. Btw, I have dry, mature skin 😉😊
Thank you so much for these great tips! Could you please recommend a few foundations and powders for mature skin? I have a lot of problems setting my under eyes, do you have any powder recommendations and tips for that as well? ❤😊
The PM undereye setting powder is awesome. I have mature skin and I wouldn't be without it. The Chanel No.1 foundation is my holy grail (I have dry skin). 😊
I have a question that has nothing to do with this video. What do you have done at the hairdresser? Does she do all over color, highlights, a combination of both?
Something that's not so powdery I've seen them before its like a foundation cream with a mirror but it sells out fast like Maybelline or cover girl I usually go with a liquid foundation and I apply it to the areas I want covered with a sponge but I apply a primer first to keep it from looking to dry and obvious some women make the mistake of painting there face with it and if its not the right shade it will be harder to blend it into your skin. You want it to work but at the same time to much of it will clog or in large your pores so be careful with it. Sometimes a good lip stick and mascara brings out the color of your face in a natural way anyways and unless your going to be on TV or take a picture you won't need a lot of it. If you curl your hair with it the night before, and add a mascara and pink lip gloss it looks really good and down to earth if you match a work shirt and basic jeans, and boots to it then you will look cute without looking over the top.
Thank you for saying "smile lines" instead of marionette lines. I hate that the makeup and cosmetic industry has created these terms trying to make us feel worse in our glorious aging bodies 🫶🏻
I am having trouble with my Foundation ❣️ I do not know what products to use on my face. I'm fifty-four this year and all I know to use Foundation is to buy it and put it in the palm of my hand 👏👏👏 and then apply it ALL over my face like I am applying lotion 🧴 ALL over ❣️❣️❣️ Then... Low - and - behold... There are some great coverage on some parts of my face, but no matter what happens, there are THE PORES that are Quite VISIBLE on the apples of the cheeks ❣️ I keep trying other methods, but to No Avail, there are NO SMOOTH TECHNIQUES FOR THE VISIBLE PORES... Although, I do not have large holes {PORES} on my face, but with my Age, the Coverage of foundations DOES NOT WORK to Get a Smooth Foundation Look 😭😘🙏 As of right now 😂 I try to Avoid Using Foundation Around the Laugh Lines & the apples of my cheeks along with the Nose and Surrounding Areas of it ☺️ I really want to know if this is a good idea, but I just want a full coverage foundation for women who have, "suffering", with the Robbed feeling of not being able to wear Foundation ❣️❣️❣️❣️ Are there any ideas for a FLAWLESS FINISHED, Smooth-Look for My fifty plus age skin? Is there an Air Brush Way to Apply without the actual Airbrush machine? Hmmm 🤔🤔🧐🤔🤔 Looking forward to reading/seeing from your comment idea.... 🙏 Bless you 🙏

Wayne Goss puts the powder on first. Sounds strange, but many say that it works. He has a video on it. What do you think?
Your hair looks so pretty today!
OMG! Best beauty tip I’ve ever seen! My pores are invisible and the finish is so natural. Thanks so much!
Once I started using an almost dry "beauty blender" as the final touch to my foundation application, I never looked back. You passed on this tip ages ago and it's fantastic 👏. 💚💚💚

Well how do you find a "natural finish" foundation?
Nikki La Rose did a comprehensive video on different foundations, and you can purchase Nikki’s new brush set at BK Beauty too. Outstanding makeup brushes!
Thank you for the 3 great tips or hacks Lisa!
Derma-planing/shaving, hyaluronic acid moisturizer & a pore-filling primer help for skin prep.
Great tips Lisa! I just made my first BK Beauty order for some of your brushes. Can’t wait to try them☺️

Any recommendations for foundations with a natural finish?
Yes I’d like to know that too.
Me to.
Chanel No.1, Bounce by Beauty Blender, Cle de Peau Beaute NATURAL and the TF Traceless foundation are my "go to" natural foundations.
Btw, I have dry, mature skin 😉😊
Thank you. . Do you have a favorite affordable option?
Bare Minerals original
Love your channel and enjoying your ‘shorts’ even more! Your advice is the best!
Great tips. Would this work for enlarged pores?
Cream foundation or liquid for deep wrinkles
You have ALOT of lighter areas? Are you using a light shimmer poweder? Thanks

Eveyone loves the Armani luminous silk foundation
Chanel 1, Haus Labs & Giorgio A

Yessssssssssssss, I completely forgot about this one!
Essence Pretty Natural. Physicians Formula Healthy Foundation. Loreal Infallible (one of my favorites and Lisa's)
I have sensitive skin! I don't have any idea what to use.
I have a question that has nothing to do with this video. What do you have done at the hairdresser? Does she do all over color, highlights, a combination of both?
Great job Lisa! 👏👍😘
USE LIQUID EXFOLIATER!
Seems like everything I do looks like shit. Pores, fine lines look worse.
That won't work..Avoid the area of the lines with powder! Powder settles in lines! Avoid powder in lined area!
What powder do u recommend for dry textured mature skin. I am new to wearing foundation, have never worn powder.

it all settles.!! ALL FOUNDATION & CONCEALER SETS IN WRINKLES
Beauty blender takes away the product and powder enhances wrinkles undereye.
Lady knows what she is talking about.
Please raise your eyebrows for me...please everyone grow old gracefully
Loose setting powder and dry mature skin should be the last thing anyone over 40 w wrinkles wants to do 😅
Nope. Powder on mature skin is a definite no for me
Who has wrinkles on their cheeks?🤣
Older women!
👍👌🏾🥰😍🏳️🌈

Tinted moisturizer is another option.
