Out of the chronos I have ever owned: Daytona 116520, Moonwatch 1863. Zenith Class EP, UG Tricompax, Hamilton Field Khaki Chrono, Hanhart 417 Flyback, Longines Avigation Bigeye in Titanium, Longines Avigation Bigeye in steel, Nivada Grenchen Chronomaster, Poljot something, Vertigo Pilot One, Breitling Callisto Chrono, Breitling Blackbird, Hamilton Pilot Pioneer Chrono and finally the Farer Chrono Contempo - the best looking and best wearing is the Farer Chrono Contempo. Proportions and excellent design makes a big difference and doesn't need to break the bank. Plus - dates suck on a chrono. No date all the way.
Love my Avigation Big Eye in Titanium! I'm interested in this Hamilton with pale blue dial on metal bracelet. I'm not big on Chrono's, but this one does something for me. First negative review I've seen of it.
Although a larger watch, I could certainly wear it with no problems on my wrist (over) 7.5 inches. It looks fine, but I agree there are better options in the price category. Thanks for the video.
Bought the blue dial about 2 weeks ago and although I have a medium wrist I can pull it off, but it is quite bulky. Loom can be better I must admit, especially compared to my daily Seiko 5. Comparing it to Breitling is a bit unfair as they are a whole lot more expensive. But anyway, taste is a personal thing as always.
It certainly is an interesting piece! As you said it seems rather large but I think Hamilton can do better! That Sinn you suggested is top class and I would much rather have that! Hope you have a great Sunday!
I just love your reviews and could listen you speak about watches for hours! Well done sir? If you ever get the chance, could you please do a review of a Longines BigEye.
Great review, honest and objective - thank you. Request: if opportunity gives, can you please review Cartier Santos Dumon and Cartier Tank Francaise? I am very interested in your opinion on these. Thanks and cheers!
Thank you for this great review. What a slab of a watch.I find the dial hard to read, but I’m up there in age anyway. Also at 42mm ….. It’s just not for me.
Only just seen this vide, personally I’m not a big fan of the Daytona and I think the Zenith looks better lots better . The tag looks better than the Daytona if I’m being honest and if we’re going down that road a hanhart for 17 has a far better story ( I’ve heard more than one story about how steve McQueen came by the watch ) and is much more original. The Daytona certainly is not worth more than 8000 English pounds.

Agree all the way. My heart breaks every time I see a 4.30 date window on a chrono 😃

Cool. Thanks! 😀
I love the Hamilton brand. I cant help feel ripped off by other brands when you go above $1500
“…a date at 4:30, which hardly ever looks good.” I concur.

Always go with what you like... If you rock it, you rock it 😀😀😀😀👍

Thanks my man! And great week to you too 👍👍

Thanks a ton!
Will consider the big eye for sure... There are so many watches I'd love to review 😀😀
I prefer the Hamilton to all the alternatives you showed. Too bad its 42mm and not 40mm or even smaller. Im more of a 34-36mm guy.

Thanks for the feedback - It's appreciated.
Will add them to my list (which is long), of watches I want to talk about....
😀😀😀
Couldn’t disagree more. It’s a beautiful watch. I would say it looks like the larger version of the TAG HEUER CARRERA
CHRONOGRAPH not a Daytona

Glad it was helpful! We're aligned in terms of the watch ... 😁😁
