But what HAUNTED the Founding Fathers was "should the Governing Class be this super ELITE of severe Exclusivity, or Open to all Classes, from the lowest to the highest rungs of Society, even though most of the time the upper classes and rungs remained the norm, providing that no lower portion of the polpulace suffer total exclusion in the participation of the Political Process. If by magic all those marble-clad Individuals of the Altar and all the Founding Fathers of America's Revolutionary Era were to suddenly appear to the 21st Century LOCUS of Politics and Government, what would they all think and judge of 'that whic lies amongst Us All as Citizens of the U.S.A.?
