That thai long eggplant are really great when you grill it on direct heat. Good with any homemade sauce including that seafood sauce. You should try it ❤️
Wow im from South Africa....some of those veg we only eat cooked didnt know you can eat them raw like the bitter gourd,,,even raw mielie gosh i think i would have a stomach ache.....I really njoy urls videos ❤ watching the different foods, places and learning about things on the other side of the world. Wish i could visit these places oneday. ❤

i also live here in Southeast Asia, malaysia. most of these veggies are common here but eating them raw is just not 😭the bittermelon which is peria here tho. the bitterness is extraordinary. even when a long eggplant is not fully cooked i cant even eat it
