Hi Kody, me again.
My modular 2007 home ( 2nd owner) had a 58° initial basement, 28' x 70', styro bead core filled cinder block, 4 hot air ceiling ducts.
Initial oberview showed many top cinder blocks were 40° in winter.
2" styro added to inside first winter =64° basement,
2"styro sheets (4x8) installed on the outside upright against basement walls after being dug out and stood up between basement footing up to sill plate =71° basement.
4 heat ducts still fully open, mission accomplished!
Boy, that Window & Door held Great compared to the lower foam glue.
Thanks for that great info as I start mine next week! Surprised me!!!
Glad to hear you are using the Homega product!
👍👍 very informative!
Thanks for watching
Would you do a top and bottom plate if the wall was pretty close to straight and plumb?
