  • Herds of zebras and wildebeest are crossing the Mara River and the crocodiles are ready for the feasting season. #TheGreatMigration is the most spectacular wildlife experience in the world and today we reminisce on the life and death affair where the herds cross as the crocodiles decide who gets across. On this day the crocodiles attacked and drowned a wildebeest while the zebras seemed to keep a safe distance for a while.

Why keep taking the camera off of the wilderbeast/crocodile fight just to film the damn zebras crossing?

what happened to the wildebeest? did it get away? Looks like it was on the verge of going under for the final time

Very disappointing, to watch the fight and not get to see the outcome? You could have kept this video to yourselves.

Sometimes can’t tell if their rocks or crocs. What was that barking sound, did you have dogs with you?

Crocs are camouflaged and disguises to rocks and logs to have much more advantage over their prey.
No the barking sounds (prolonged) is from the zebras.

Just a suggestion in the future if you are lucky enough to witness a crocodile attacking a wildebeest which is probably a one in a thousand type of opportunity, you should keep the camera focused on that encounter and not aim it pointlessly at zebras crossing the river in the background.

These people will have to suffer at the end of their lives for filming the suffering of that animal and enjoying it
