Really a helpful one!! 😇thank you again!! You really explain in a great way which is easy to understand and you also add your personal experiences so that we benifit form it😇really amazing!!!
Question: By placing the shuttles on the lines are you doing a disservice to your footwork patterns? I realize you have to travel farther that way, but you would never really have to go that far in a (singles) match due to the extension of the racket. If the shuttles were brought in 1 foot (0.5 meters) from the lines, wouldn't the footwork patterns be more realistic to singles gameplay?
@@jasonurroz570 Very good point and I Agree, I also prefer using the racket for those exercises to get a more realistic situation. But I think sometimes it can also be a good idea to challenge the players to go all the way down and maybe even further than in a normal match, so they have to find solutions how to still get out of the corner quickly under maximum pressure.
Sometimes when you're under pressure, your starting point on defense could be a whole step away from the center. In those situations I believe it's better to have done this extra training because you might need the extra step.
You want to be prepared for the absolute worst scenario possible if you're serious about tournament matches. If you can cover the court quickly with just your hands, then you can have more confidence in being able to cover the court with your racket since you know you have good coverage even without it. I guess maybe if you are a more casual player you can use your racket to make it more realistic and a little easier it really depends on how far you want to go and if you want to achieve your full potential or not.
Excellent illustration in footwork method. Can we see you do this and if you have any comments regarding change in direction and backhand movement? Or do you move exactly like Micha?
How to fast to hit the shuttle in base line of rear court. It is difficult to hit for intermediate player please sir provide information or exercise for stroke .
I think it goes quick if you prepare enough shuttles in every spot so you dont have to carry the around (5 in the front, 5 on the side and 5 in the back)
@@tobiaswadenka8435 Thanks, I tried it and it works. I place 10 shuttles on each side at the front, 5 in the mid, and 5 at the rear. 1st week best for the diagonals was 51 secs. 3rd week best today was 41 secs. Misha is incredibly fast doing 33. Thanks again for the video. It's a very tough drill to do but is already paying off, my court speed is already noticeably quicker.
I have to ask Misha how often he is doing it. I am not doing it at the moment but want to get back to 1-2 short sessions per week after weight training
I have an Ax77 and wanna buy a second racket similar to it. I have been dreading to get the 88d pro / the 100zz as they both are pretty much head heavy and similar to the Astrox77. Is it a good idea to take any nanoflares' as my spare racket which I might need at any time? Also please compare in words about the 88d pro and the 100zz, thanks ( just FYI, I play attacking singles and need a fast racket but also some solid feel and power)

Very nice! Jumprope is one of the best if not the best exercise for badminton, trains explosiveness of calves and timing as well as coordination.
Much needed vid 👀. Good to see you with top level athletes
Thanks a lot Tobias for the amazing video as always!

rope skipping is deadly beneficial, increase your muscle and brain sync, and yet I still cant do it properly

Or, what if you left the shuttles on the line, but used your racket to knock them over?

What's the best and quickest way to get the shuttles back in position ready for the next set?

@@stormynebula7699 Thanks. Easy gains the first few times. I do it weekly.
Good
Hey Tobias, good video with great exercises! How much jumprope are you both doing in the week?
I have to ask Misha how often he is doing it. I am not doing it at the moment but want to get back to 1-2 short sessions per week after weight training
For exercise 3 why is Misha taking so many small steps backwards? Aren't you supposed to take 2-3 big steps instead?

Sorry I havent tried the 88d yet. The 100zz (and 100yz) is very head heavy and i had problems to play it first but now i really like it for singles!
@@tobiaswadenka8435 ok, how is the 100zz compared to the ax77?
any major differences in power, speed and control?
Bro how on earth do people do triple skip its so hard bro
I love hiiimmmmmm
Being 4 foot tall is helpful too
But then you miss out on having long legs so your steps will be covering less ground

You should be ashamed of yourself to judge a person based on his nationality. He is a human being like you and me.
You should boycott all corrupt and so called "islamic States" who are all 100% controlled by The Devil !
