The Gen 5 Cup cars died way too soon! All it needed was manufacture identity, and boom, all set! At least Xfinity is carrying the COT🙏

that area in the front you called the radio/transponder is the ignition box/ECU now. its placed there and sealed to "prevent" tampering of the ignition.

Sad the normal arcs 20 years ago were way better than even elites now lol. I miss the late 2000s Actions (2007 Owners Elite was the best) and mid 2000s Team Caliber Owners Series

Great side-by-side comparisons. I also wanted to comment on why I think the hinges were exposed on the CoTs... I've been iRacing and noticed that in the CoTs, the hinges are external and almost create little fins towards the back of the hood. I went to look at reference photos, and sure enough, they were there. I almost think they made the design choice to expose them to try to mimic those hinges while keeping the diecast as functional as possible. Another great review though! This channel started my favoritism of elites over ARCs.

Can we just respect the fact that this man just rattled off all of this diecast knowledge and showed it all to us in one take.

I personally never thought the cot was ugly granted their is biase towards that statement because it was the first car that ever grabbed my attention to the sport when i was a kid and over time my interests to the sport grew and now i watch every race every weekend

I don't know if you have them or not, but team caliber had a bunch of stuff in 2000 that a lot of the elites had in 2012.

Awesome video, love seeing the differences. In a video, could you please talk about Gold Elites and the process to get one?
By the way, are you going to the Chicago Street Race?

I'm new to collecting diecasts. I just got an autographed 2021 Kyle Larson Texas win directly from HMS. On the roof flaps, there's an error with how they painted the "Hiring Technicians." Are errors common? Do errors increase or decrease the value of a car? Thanks for the videos and being part of the reason I'm getting into this!

Errors are unfortunately common but don't help the value

Technically Toyota had 3 changes for the Camry in the gen 6 era. 2013-2016 was based on the "XV50" body style although for either 2014 or 2015 Toyota gave the Camry a facelift hence why the looks of the car changed a bit for the 2015 season. 2017 was when the "XV70" model debuted (for nascar as 2018 was when the street version came out) in which stuck around until this year when Toyota came out with their current "XV80" body style.

If you want a confetti caked car, go with his 2022 Atlanta win.

No Team Caliber, Revell, or CFS cars? The Team Caliber First Choice cars of 03 and 04 I think had the best detail ever
