    Omg 😱 you just helped me ! I am an airbrush artist at a classic car shop. Boss wants flames and I didn’t know where to start. I was feeling untalented and not good enough until I saw your video. No one else simplified it like you do. So grateful for this. Happy thanksgiving

    First and foremost let me say that your work is damn nice 👍 I really appreciate that your use if templates is almost nil! I am going back through to write down the colors and candies. My question is how did you pick the colors? Do they come in a kit?

    • @RezyNWorX
      @RezyNWorX  3 роки тому

      thank you. The colors used are the same as mike lavallee used. Some times they come in kits all of my airbrush paints are purchased through Coast Airbrush.

    Looks good you don't have any problems with candy bleed through when you put a solid color over candy?

    Thats the type of skill I want to learn. I need to step up my airbrushing cuz this puts me to shame. Boy got mad skills and makes it look so damn easy.
    Are there any basic boundaries or base rules of panting true flames? There are do's and don'ts to every thing. Like portraits should have absolutely minimum solid lines and there are general proportion rules that apply to faces in general. What are the basic rules and boundaries for flames? Any tips or tricks to use to make sure it flows right?

      I will be coming out with a video in more detail but will be a while till its out. thanks

      "Loose to tight, dark to light."😂
      You begin by kind of laying out your overall shape and how you want it to flow - the smoke, "loose"
      Then you begin adding your next layer within the first, then your third layer within the second and so on. That's the "tight" part.
      You'd usually do your flames on a black background, though here he's demonstrating how it can be done on white background,(which is what made this painting so awesome)
      Then, your colors go on beginning with the darkest first then each subsequent layer being lighter. "Dark to light"
