Such a great actor. Always amazed at how nice he is. Loved him in Takeshi Kitano's "Beyond Outrage."

You should of bought it back in 2014, no excuse. I used to buy all the yakuza games in Japanese as it wasn’t any sign of localisation.

they really bring the character to life, RGG where even the antagonist left a lot of impression. RGG 0 definitely have one of the most memorable antagonist
Shibusawa is one of my fav character in the series, now they added the new Hanpeita

It''s so funny to me how Nakano looks so much different to Ozowa and Takeuchi. Those 2 kinda give the same feeling as their yakuza characters but Nakano seems so chill

Is Takechi Hanpeita going to be as inhumanly strong as Masaru Sera. I saw Kuze and Awamo's past incarnations, we just need Kashiwagi-san (the freaking machine who hits like a truck and barely takes any damage. Majima even wondered if he was even human).

Don't worry my friend, I will certainly enjoy this game. I haven't wanted to play a game more in my life. Elder scrolls 6 is the only other game in existence that comes close to how hyped I am for Ishin.

Thanks to khh subs I was able to play the first one. I would have rather seen nishkiyama in takechi's place, to me the stories line up better in that way since takechi is a brother to ryoma especially since kazuma plays the father in ishin. It would be better to have Nakano-san take a supporting role like Okada izo. That's something I didn't really understand why they didn't swap those two characters in the og and now this one. But regardless I imagine the performance will be outstanding and I'm excited for the new version!

Yeah, the original isnt going anywhere... but it isnt accessible for most western fans, haha. I hope if this game does well, you can port the translations over to the original release and put it out as a digital download for the western market. Then there really would be nothing to complain about.
Although i prefer the og takechi kanpeita, i do have high hopes in Hideos performance

Don't get me worng. Nakano-san is a awesome actor, but we know him for Shibusawa role.
And I totally don't understand what was the problem to bring Katsunori?
the thing with ishin is that the characters looked like previous characters from other yakuza games. Now that was before yakuza 0. with the remake obviously the characters from yakuza 0 and some from yakuza 7 were all more popular than the previous characters in ishin so they replaced them. since its a remake they couldnt add the characters and change up the story because of that
