Serious question? You didnt like Fist of the North Star? I loved it personally. I was pretty much bored with video games lately but I never played a bad RGG studio game so their actual line up has me hyped even if I wanted Yakuza 8 to go back to action based battle system, 7 was still fun and I'm i'll love the humor and story in 8, can't wait to find out why Kiryu is a senior citizen with Fu**boi hair

Afterwards he called his brother Steven's old Cable Guy to bust him out of prison by tossing him a Mask over the fence.

Yakuza 3 where Rikiya gets to live or a death that isnt facepalm worthy. Yakuza 3 and 4 are the game with the most facepalm moments in the series of never taking the villains gun from them. Especially 4 when they did the same mistake twice in the same scene.
Couldn't have been a better time for me to discover the yakuza series and now they're my favorite games. I've only played like a dragon and judgment but I'm about to start the whole series from 0.
Prepare yourself for a tremendous lack of ideas, immense repetition, serious lack of game design padded with endless random and meaningless fights spammed for 25 to 90 hours. And of course a serious lack of improvements that were very much needed since 2008.
Still wondering how the story and scenarios in Ishin might be changed. They can’t be completely the same, since the original was basically built around player assumptions with the familiar faces and often subverting them. Since Baba isn’t Zhao and Kugihara isn’t Han, I’m guessing stuff might actually make the story kinda new (outside of some of the same scenes) Either way, hype as hell! Glad they didn’t remove the old faces either, and just put them in different roles or substory things
That's what I'm wondering too. Feel like Baba's character in Ishin won't be as good now that he's Zhao, not because of the acting or anything, but because he's Zhao lol. I think it might be identical though unfortunately, but it won't be all too bad I'm sure

Can’t say for sure, but I feel like they wouldn’t keep the personalities exactly the same if the characters changed. If anything I’ll bet a lot is the same, but some scenes will be changed for interactions, smaller events, and maybe endgame stuff. Bit of an extra gift from RGG if anything lol

They're more than making up for how long they've kept us blueballed to play Ishin. If we ever get either a remaster or a remake of the Kutorhyou games, then *that* will be everything I've ever wanted. Still, can't complain. Wonderful time to be a Yakuza fan.
