We use the NOCO boost at my job. They work really well, just make sure the battery charger is charged constantly. Glad you were able to get help.
I use a NOCO boost GB20, never had to use it on my bike (what I got it for) yet but started my other halfs 4x4 a few times when her battery was on its way out.

That jumper is a great piece of equipment. HMU if you come close to Buffalo NY, I'll give you a guided tour of the area roads etc. Ride Safe!
Get you a antigravity battery super light and it will shut down before battery is completely dead and you hit the rest button on bsttery or plug the rest jumper into the charger port and it will allow you to start your bike ....

MOst bikers will stop and help. Pay attention to the big safety pins on their vests. that means they are veterans from the military. We are a motorcycle ministry and everyone and club from our COC knows we stop to help everyone. Being on 2 wheels makes most of us brothers and sisters.
