I think the reason why we gravitate to bands like P.O.D. is because they're true and aren't automated hacks trying to inspire falsities in our hearts. They're so accessible in how their music is also for non-believers. The concepts in their lyrics have always been more about the soul and reaching the top of the mountain, so to speak. I'm agnostic but I support and respect them because they do good with their faith unlike the system, and stand tall with their feet firm into the ground, testifying and uplifting at the same time.
Joe Torres man you sum it up perfectly. I’m not particularly religious but their music always takes me to a spiritual place, and has gotten me through some very rough times in my life. They are the real deal. You can just feel it.

I am not necessarily a Christian, kinda not sure about any religion. But anyways I still find a few "religious" bands and song to be awesome and uplifting. Its not gonna make me run and go to church, but it is feel good stuff that I love. I am disappointed at the hypocrites that say they like it and the second they hear the band is "religious" they go "Ugh nevermind.." I believe I can love it even though I am not "religious" nor am I looking to be, just take it for what it is to you, people.
one of my all time favorite bands since i was a kid .. im 29 now and i just saw them live for the first time opening for korn/evanesance and it was a memorable moment . im glad to have seen them in this lifetime.
