use shrinkable tube instead of electrical tape for better aesthetics, just a suggestion.
Not only better aesthetics but better protection and the proper way. Weather elements will unwrap the tape in no time. Amature installation 🤦🏻♂️

The add a fuse is not reversible, because the fuse panel port is not reversible. Use a volt meter on DC and check both sides of the fuse port to ground.
One will read 12v, the other will not.
With or without the key turned on. Depending.
If u install the add a fuse backwards and the light wire is shorted, or cut, the fuse will not blow.
it'll always be hot!
Can you show how to attach these to the Sherpa roof rack?

Is this just a rebranded generic rock light? I ask because of the way he explained the part about water. Had it been an in house design, I would have expected the explanation to be "we put a seal here" or something, instead he said "we opened it up and took a look and there is already a seal here". This makes me believe they just rebranded something.
I think for as much as that rack costs, the lights should just bolt right up…no cutting or drilling. Sherpa, SSO, and prinsu just bolt up.
The thing is not every one is going mount the lights, so if they cut the hole ready to bolt up and you decide not to mount lights you’re going to have a random hole in your rack. I installed Baja rock lights on my Uptop rack and the cutting part literally took like 1 min per hole with a demel nothing out of this world.

Why run the black double wire in through the passenger side if you’re just going to tap them into your current switches on the driver side? It seems the add a fuse is the only thing that needed ran across
