try to get ur conditioning through basketball, but im on the same split as u bro , 3 day full body , I would say 15 intense minutes conditioning on basketball court after ur workout
yes do it after lifting or if could split up ur basketball workout then conditioning, then few hours later for example 6 hours apart then do full body workout
