Greetings from Sydney and well done guys! Really enjoyed this review and the Bobber Black will definitely my next bike!
You guys just made my day. Forward footpegs are an option, fantastic ! I'm 6'3" and that was my only concern with this baby. OH I can't wait to order one, YESSS !!!
I bought this bike yesterday...can't wait to collect it. Ontario Canada
Wayne Bridgemohan you'll love it!
From GP Bikes? I'm in Barrie and ride Dukes. 👍
Mitch Shipard yeah from GP. I wanted to 959 Corse but didn’t qualify for Insurance. Needed to be over 30 apparently and have my full M more than 5 yrs. only had it 2
I bought mine last week and have to wait maybe 2 or 3 weeks for the delivery its brutal
Any updates on how this bike is performing? How you guys feel about it after you had a play with it for a while. Still worth it? Cheers.
I've been so impressed with what Triumph has been doing these last few years, it's no wonder they're doing so well. I'm not sure my large rear would fit comfortably on that seat though.
Every time I walk into my local Triumph dealership, this bike takes my breath away.
They recently customized one. It had a few minor changes, but the big change was a set of clip ons. Insanely uncomfortable but insanely beautiful. I would love to take one for a ride.
triumph all the way!, this smashes the Indian!! Triumph has so many options to offer!
Great review & camera work.
Wicked review guys you’re killing it
Aidan C aw cheers mate haha 🍻
Thank you soooo much you just save me a bunch of time and money :)
Nice one, Subscribed. Please keep'em comin....God bless...
I think it has style and muscle like appearance!💪
Hey guys thanks for posting been hardcore trying brother for years things are changing it's hard to be a water cool 100 horsepower belt driven motorcycle we all know what I'm talking about
I like the foot peg position just where they are. Forward controls leave all the rider's weight on the tailbone, make cornering aggressively a little more uncertain, going over large bumps leaves you unable to transfer weight to your feet..
All these forward foot pegs are comfortable as a nice place to stretch your knees for a minute, but I wouldn't want to have them there all the time. Give me the standard position every time. This is a very fine bike, although I would prefer the 19" front for aesthetic reasons. Now I can save money by getting the older model used with low miles. All good!
Fantastic video gents
Excellent review. Correct amount of information and images. I hate those reviwes where the presenter gets the whole video driving the bike. You see a lot of road and nothing of the bike.
Congratulations, you have won a new subscriber. Regards from Brazil.
if they would have curved in the tank stamp ridges, it would have been perfect. You can always customize things, but I don't think you can do much about the tank.
Even if it's not good for long distances, I'll just take regular breaks. My family's 350 miles away, and I'd rather arrive on a Triumph than in a car.
Love that RETRO Look 👏😃✌️
I’ve never seen those crash bars on a bobber before. Nice
Alls I hear about bobbers is short rides ....I rode across 3 countries on a Harley sportster 48.....with ease.
I'll be treating myself with this bobber come summer
I’m Buying a new bike for my WiFe it Will be an 48 or this bobber. My bike is a streetglide. So i m wondering why switching?
Same here. Ok, not with a sporters, tough but with another old school bike. I guess, it just depends on what you expect. Yes, it is not a couch comfort like a BWM GS or any specific touring bike, of course. But I started out on old school bikes and I feel just fine riding 500+km a day on them.
Well, there will always be people with different expectations and preferences. But in forums I even see people complaining about the seat of my Duke 690. O_O And I am like: Dude, that's a comfortable couch feeling. What does your needy rear end need to be comfortable. :D
The bobber didn't happen....decided to return to SuperSports.
Got myself a brand spank 2020 Kawasaki ZX10RR.
Beautiful machine which feeds my desire of hitting speeds in excess of 150mph.
Don't tell no one tho 🤣
buying this bike foh soh.sick.
Hii really liked the video, I have a triump bobber and a harley sportster . On my Harley I have a V&H ShortShots Exhaust which is mind blowing and my Bobber is still running the stock and I am really looking for a lounder Exhaust for that what do you suggest ... V&H or other custom made..??
Good luck keeping it looking clean..
Craig's Classics it’s easy just buy one of those water filter tanks and you don’t have to worry about water spots you let it air dry
Hi there great video I have one question is that triumph made in. England?
Please review Triumph B-Bobber TFC 2020 ...
Great review, subscribed. Thanks for sharing, T120 Diamond in my future replacing my 110th Anniversary Bonnie. Just too anal for black but admittedly a beautiful bike. Cheers gents!
I have been thinking about getting a motorcycle (of course after getting my motorcycle license first) so i would be a beginner motorist and the cruiser bikes that I like as my first is the Triumph Bonneville Bobber (great review by the way) and the Honda Shadow Phantom. Could you guys make a review video of the Phantom?
Micah Miller funny enough we've been talking about doing a review on the phantom. Will be sure to keep you posted👍
Hi, Up to what height persons would look right on this bike? 🤔
Triumph's best looking bike, to my eye. But for the kind of riding I do I'll get either the T120 or maybe the Speedmaster. But I really like the Tiger too. Decisions decisions. ....
Also, I'm not sure which current men's fashion trend I hate more; man buns or giant scarves. They look equally douchy.
100%agree on that last sentence. Also its the best looking bike. I've had 3 speed triples so far and they are brutally good, i could see myself buying one of those bobber blacks as the second bike for the occasional - in fact most likely to happen - short quick ride in the city. I've had one for two hours for a test ride, it was so fun but also hard on the back. Position is so you cant really do anything but take those shots in the spine. Also the seat looks great but is a pain in the ass after a while and the suspension travels very few millimeters only.
Hi anyone I was also looking at this Bike & the Thruxton R 1200 Café Racer. For any Australian's Can you tell me the fuel Range as The Triumph site tells 100km on a full tank, but some UA-camrs say more. Any Advise Please???
I m almost there to buy this very soon even thu it’s not smart move in my case since technically I don’t afford..
Put a Corbin seat on this bike and you can ride It all day . Just make sure there are a few gas stations along the way .
Good man
Best video 😊👍
Lordjanuz Lord thank you so much 😊
It's look like there is wrong installation on crash bar as the crash bar cant up like a wings.
they should make this a little taller to corner better
Hey guys I know this is an old video now however, are you considering doing an update? Even better would be a comparison video with the Indian Scout Bobber. A neck and neck video including best choice, bang for buck. Regarding everything from performance to maintenance/warranty costs.... thanks for the video 🙏🙏🙏🤙🇦🇺
I’ll see what I can do for you.
@@6tdegrees
Thanks mate for the reply. It caught me by surprise seeing this was such an oldie....
I’m sure I’m not the only one through the world that finds themselves in the same conundrum. Triumph Bobber Black or Indian Scout Bobber..... ?
Your video would almost certainly be welcomed by many....! cheers again for the reply....🙏🙏🙏🇦🇺🤟🤟🤟
Really beautiful motorcycle, good review. You guys are high-quality fellas!
I think I would prefer the Indian Scout Bobber, because it looks beefier than this one, but this is solid.
Gerhard Symons you're the best mate! Im really happy to see you enjoying our motorcycle reviews 😊
I sat on the indian scout and the exhaust was touching my leg, not sure if thats the same for you.
Straya!!
Mr Starr Frequency 😂 yeah moit!
So strange that no where on the web can you find standard specs 0-60, 1/4 mile, stopping distance etc. I know its not a race bike but come on this stuff is still relevant.
Can anybody ID the boots he's wearing?
Considering this bobber for my next Ride. I’m 🤔 sure though. I’m I very small girl...5’1 & 130 Lbs. Been riding for 3 years on my little Ninja 300. And I’m ready for something with some more power. Not sure if jumping straight up to a 1200 would be too much for me. I’m also considering a Kawasaki Vulcan 650, or the Harley sportster 883 Iron. Any thoughts💭?
Go for more power... straight up you'll get use to power in a short time... 650 great bikes but after 3 months you be wanting more power. Go this triumph I'm a Harley rider have a street glide cvo. This little triumph will suit you. But if you do long rides over 300 ks all the time you be at the servo all the time. Harley over priced under powered to heavy, breaks crap but the look tough. I'm getting triumph bobber as my second bike... hth
Vinnie Walker thanks for the advice!
Help... should I go for the 2020 Triumph Bonneville Bobber Black or Indian Scout Bobber
Triumph. Indian.
Chain Drive Belt Drive
Tank 2.38 gals tank 3.3 gals
Dual Shocks Single shock
Cruise control No Cruise Control
Traction rain/road No Traction
Floating seat Mounted seat
77 Hp / 78 lb/ft 100 hp / Tq 72 lb/ft
Top speed 123mph Top speed 93 mph
Spoke rims cast iron
Dual front brakes Single front brake
Price close enough with each other
I’m torn.... why or why would you get one over the other?
My two favorite bikes 👏😃✌️
This or the Scout.....how do i choose? Im 6'4".
None. You are way to tall for those Two bikes... sorry. And dont feel bad (6'2" here)
Test rode one the other day. One of the sexiest bikes on the market, but it's small and uncomfortable and completely impractical for anything besides bar-hopping. Wish triumph released a t-bird bobber instead.
Sir will this suitable for man of 5.5 or 6 feet
Subangi Subangi shouldnt be a problem
Is this too small for someone 6'1 ?
devender sehrawat Russell page is 6.1 and he didn't have any issues. Remember the seat can be adjusted 👍
good vids...
way too much tunes though...
& waaay toooo lOUd!!!
thnx,
EH!!
;0)
M
How tall are you? the guy on the left
Syed Abdul Halim 173cm tall
This or the Indian bobber?
Indian could fall in any minute also know dealership
#ukay85 #sultanofmalaysia
Moto Guzzi's bobber with front suspension issues? What the hell is he talking about?
iron 883??? KKKKKK
Looks like it would be better suited for a smaller Rider, front of the bike and engine look good back of the bike looks like an afterthought. Too much badging imo
It's not a cruiser, it's a roadster. cruisers don't have 120km tanks.
SkyWatcher you will have to take that up with triumph then 😶
Its a 220 km tank stupid
I would get this bike if it wasant for this small tank... its terrible!
Lorenzzi swap in the speedmaster tank
@@Magnus-pm7ic
Sure,what's another 1000$?
I own this bike, while it is a very beautiful bike, not very practical or comfortable to ride.
Can one realise the uncomfortable bits by just taking it out for a test ride? or needs more time to realise all those bits??
@@acenanu121 for me it was not comfy during my test ride. However this is a completely different bike than I'm use too. I've been riding sport bikes 20 plus years and told myself it will take time to get use to. The more miles I log the more I realize I made a terrible choice. This bike is nothing but a conversation bike and nothing fun about riding this bike. I wish I still had my 600rr
I do get where you are coming from having ridden sports bikes for so long.. I own a Enfield Classic500 which got almost the same sitting stance as the bobber, and yes it too is not uncomfortable for long distances but i still absolutely love how I get to sit (comparitively) upright compared to the sports bikes.. but then again enfield's handlebars are much nearer (n therefore much comfortable) to you than the bobber...
Geen lekker Harley geluid uit de uitlaten, maar een raar gepruttel, jammer.
Wusses! Can't do more than 200 Ks max per trip? Meh!
Very good to look, not to ride.
