We always love church rummage sales and this one was exceptionally nice. And redneck Redneck Relics was a fun stop too! Thank you for joining us, Vickie & Mark ~ Avante Avenue
Love your videos... My husband passed away 6 years ago at 62 from pancreatic cancer. I'm now 64 and an ebay reseller. love it ! I enjoy watching you and Mark saleing and working together. You are truly blessed to have each other. 😊❤
So sorry for the loss of your husband. I can’t even imagine how difficult that must be. I am happy to hear that you love reselling and enjoy our channel. Thank you so much!
Love the scenery 😍 That was an amazing church sale - I heard the excitement in your voice 😊 Red Neck Relics is a great name for that store! Thanks for taking us along with you!
You enjoy the scenery! It is a pretty drive. It was our first time going to that church sale so I had no idea what we were going to find. It was so organized and so many cool things! We did check comps on all the stuff I put in my basket before we paid. A lot of them weren’t worth that much on eBay or too many of them so I put several things back. Thank you!
I wish we had the rummage sales like that around here! I have only seen 1 church sale in the past year... and now that everyone is in recovery mode here they are using everything. ❤
We have quite a few and thank goodness because we only have one Goodwill in Kingsport a couple in Bristol and they usually are pretty pathetic. We barely went to any garage sales this summer. Not because there weren’t any, but because most of the stuff in the garage sales is from resellers selling stuff they couldn’t sell on eBay. Basically nothing much of value. Rummage sales offer the most selection under one roof. I wish for you that you had more too!
Glad you enjoyed the pretty drive! The organization was impressive. I didn’t see any that jumped out at me, but when I watched the video, I saw a vintage moon glow beaded necklace that I should’ve picked up. Thanks!
I’m sure I missed a lot of things that day. I always feel the same way when I watch other reseller UA-camr videos too. I’m like “Oh no, you missed it.” Lol. In regards to your prior message about your comment to that video. I have not seen the comment. Not sure what happened.
It's fun going along wit 10:08 h you guys while you shop! I have another dumb question. You say you try and list five items a day and your husband does the prep and you take it from there what if it was only you doing it, that's in my case what it will be, what would your expectations of yourself be as far as number of listings and how often?
Since my summer boot camp videos, we’ve been listing 5 day with few exceptions. I also photograph and list just by myself. I listed jewelry today and I have jury prep to list tomorrow because Mark has been working on other things. So the expectation of myself is five a day Monday through Friday, 25 listings per week. Hope that answers your question and thank you! I want to add here that for at least five years, I did all my photography and listing. And a lot of days I listed 10 a day. I’m trying to get in retirement mode now. Lol.
I love this church sale! The drive with the beautiful scenery was so relaxing. I was wondering though when you guys are in these rural settings how do you find out about the sales?
I appreciate that you don’t want to pass! UA-cam shows me a graph on how many people skip through my videos. So thank you very much for watching all of it! In this video, I thought why lose viewers who might leave when the drive starts? So this time, I let them know the timeline they could skip to, if they want.
Hi! New sub, one of your subscribers @gersgems told me about your channel. I love the feel of your videos. I'm an Ebay reseller too, and my favorite places to source are yard/garage/estate sales. Great content! 😊 💕

Newspaper. Thank you!
@ How sweet is that. I remember long ago using the newspaper to find sales in my area. I love it!
How do you find out about these awesome yard sales in these far flung areas? Sometimes it’s hard to find where people post their yard sales
Old fashioned newspaper. Hope that helps. Thanks!
Why would I pass on the scenic part of your voyage. Good luck foraging.
