@anthony write his lyrics out for Informer...let's see what he's saying. Let me repeat since you didn't hear me. He's not saying shit. Over-rated. The end.
Yes, this is why the 1990's is the greatest era in Dancehall Music. In fact, history as proven with our ancestors that if we be true to our self and to our Jamaican Culture you will always prosper. If not you will be a total recall that as lost it identity and as fallen from grace and will fade away.
Nadine Sutherland just had a show last night in Montreal. Didn't even realize she was basically the whole hook to this song.😂 She brought me here 💪🏾💪🏾. CLASSIC SONG 🎵 🔥🔥
Wow, this is a who's who of dancehall greats. You don't even have to be into the scene to appreciate this song, it's a classic. Just so many great artists here
And to think, this was his introduction into Dancehall and they sure welcomed him with open arms. Informer made him famous but this song got him respect.
that's one of the best productions, imagene to meet all of this singers and create, beene, snow, southerland, terror, ther big up bujo b, etc.... never again, big up snow, his letters and reading still touch my felins
When you here them kind off music playing you just feel to take a little wine 😉 who with me for this kind off music 🤸🤸🤸🤸🤸🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥I love ❤️ Jamaican music all the way
Man I used to get made fun of as another white kid listening to Snow and reggae, but loved this and all these artists as a kid in the 90s. Miss music like this. Still prefer the first album though, but this song was a great collaboration.
This track here is what finally proved to nay sayers that Snow was legit in the reggae dancehall genre. If Canadians, mostly us knuckleheads in T.O., can recall, we thought Snow was a joke. A reggae version of Vanilla Ice. I blame his first single, "Informer" regardless of how ell it did. To us it was whack. Whick whick WHACK! However, some would get a peep at the whole album and found gems. Mostly, "Lady with the Red Dress". That one was a banger and made you curious of what else was there. So whoever was bold enough(LOL!) to listen on we found, "Girl I've been Hurt", "Lonely Monday Morning(basically "Informer" redone) and my favourite "Runway". And then a few years later we get this super gem of a remix. Damn! I love this. Snow mon holdin' his own with some dancehall heavy weights. Go'on, Snow.
My RESPECT TO YOU ALL THESE WERE THE DAYS. WE CAN LIVE IN HARMONY AND PEACE YOU KNOW JAMAICANS CAN'T WE ALL SEE THAT GOD MADE US GREAT. WE ARE POWERFUL. MY GOD.HEAR MY BROTHERS AND SISTER VOICE POWER HOUSE
Wow...I came here looking for Snow's Anything For You. I have never heard this version before. What the hell was I doing to miss this back in the day.?!!!
2021 I'm on it snow had a few other records. But this jem was in the 90s so it's a classic. The way snow came out people didn't pay attention until he dropped this. This became a classic collab simply because of the line up. That line up was on fire 🔥 in n.y night reggae clubs and outside of the tri state. Very dope record.
Caribbean Rhythms, Saturdays with Rachel first buss that video.. Up to a day like today can't say one artist out do the other.. Everybody hit 💯, producers and all straight 💯, we will never get something great like that again, that's what you call dancehall anthem : Ting A Ling (shabba), Gun Inna Baggy (Lenny), Murder She Wrote (chaka and Pliers), Action (terror and Nadine), Anything (Snow & Friends), Ghetto Red Hot (Super Cat).. Just to name a few
Everyone killed it! I give mad props to Snow! He put this together and murdered it too.
