    What a gently powerful meditation this is -- thank you. I tuned in with a bit of a barrier as my days of active leadership -- in the conventonal sense -- are behind me: that scepticism saved by my curiosity. Listening rewarded me! So, gratefully, I now continue to find the gradual process you guide us through here re-centres me expansively deep within.
