We should educate our speakspersons of patrolling philippine vessels( military or maritime) to use commonsense and realistic messages, not just chorusing line like "we are conducting research." Is not 'you are encroaching Philippine territory' more appropriate and persistent message to verbalise in such propitious time?

If the territorial waters including the EEZ being talked about belong to us, stop saying South China Sea. Instead, say West Philippine Sea.
That's the problem, nobody except the Filipinos uses the name "West Philippine Sea". The international community, uses the name "South China Sea".

The mere fact that UNCLOS (where China loses its claim) acknowledged the legal rights of the Philippines to its territorial waters and its exclusive economic zone, it is very evident that China should cease from intruding from those areas and stop harassing the Philippines' fishermen, etc.
