Any update on the rack? I'm in between Prinsu vs Sherpa since sherpa has the blocks for mounting and doesn't require silicon or cutting the weather strips. Thank you!

Hey Tim, no, there isn’t any issues after you cut the weatherstripping. It kinda snaps in and it’s held in with tension. I haven’t noticed any buildup of water because there’s a hollow part to it at the bottom. The weatherstripping only covers the top for water runoff. Hope this helps!

Just finished install yesterday, you helped me thru! Rack install was a breeze but my rtt was a pain lol

I just used Black RTV. Overkill? Yes, but it works and I already had it. You can also use clear silicone

Unfortunately You have to cut the weather strip. That’s what holds down the front. It’s just a thin strip of rubber, nothing to be concerned about.

Absolutely! I don’t think there’s anything that can’t get mounted up there.
