What grit hone stone did you use, 🤔 the bore liners look glazed to me. What was the torque on the mains and bigends? If you clean the gasket surface properly you wouldn't need to use 1/2 a tube of silicon to fit the 2nd hand water pump. Silicon sealer should NEVER be used on a neoprene gasket. (Front &rear main bearing to sump gasket. What was the width of the valve seat on the cylinder head. The combustion Chambers look like the valve's had never seen removed and Chambers never cleaned. A total waste of time and money 💰 🤑 💸 😒
