Keren just try this method to make ur hair grow fast and so smooth that's followed in India... Soak fenugreek seeds (3 tablespoons for medium length of hair) in water overnight. The next day grind it to a fine paste, add a cup of yogurt and 3 tblspoons of ur favorite oil. Just keep this pack aside for half an hour & then apply to scalp and hair length. After 1- 2 hrs wash it with shampoo, u need not condition ur hair as fenugreek wud have made ur hair so soft and smooth.Love u and ur lovely long hair Keren. Much love from India 😍😘

@@Clevagreen84 It's good for all hair types.. Add some Castor Oil (Jamaican Black is extra potent) to this mix. Castor oil is great for thinning hair, bald spots, & overall hair growth. Hemp Oil also works wonders. Lastly, look into the rice water and/or Aloe Vera method. It reduces shedding, thickens hair and aides in hair growth.
P.S: Remember to always massage your scalp for stimulation which aides in hair growth💆🏾

Review: so this is for those people who are wondering if this actually works or not. So lemme tell you all about my experience.
■ my hair line was receding and I lost so much hair everyday and with few months, I lost half of my hair thickness :( I was stressed about this more and more and which made it worse. So I started to look up different methods to stop hairfall and improve growth and not many suited my hair type.
■ so I tried this method. I used pure coconut oil (not packaged) and put fenugreek seeds in a bottle and let it soak. I applied it before I washed my hair and I lost some hair as always. And applied the oil a day after the wash and i didnt lose hairstrands while combing (usually I lose the same amount of hair as when I wash my hair) and then I found that this is the perfect oil for my hair.
■ since I used pure coconut oil, it didnt leave sticky effect like those normal oils on my hair and it was silky and soft.
■ I still lose hair when washing hair. I think its because of my shampoo but the hair i used to lose while combing was reduced by 96% (I'm honest guys).
■ within a week of using this, hairfall reduced and I tried not to put high pony or tight braids because that's one reason i lost so much hair as a teen :(( (I'm only 16 fyi)
■ idk if it promotes hair growth because I need more time to observe changes.
■ I hope it all cleared your doubts!
Edit: I'll update you all after changing my shampoo and using the fenugreek paste for my hair! Make sure y'all get good 6-8hrs of sleep, healthy diet( eat almonds, drink lots of water, veggies ofcourse ) dont stress yourself. Make sure you relax yourself and do what you love. LOVE YOURSELF!!💜💜

Also my shampoo is not for my hair type so that makes things worse so maybe I'll update you after changing my shampoo and using this oil. Losing 200 strands? Find out the reason first. Yay. This is something my grandma used to make for all of us. She also used to add black seeds (aka kalonji seeds in India). The mixture was then kept under sunlight for 21 days. I'll prepare a batch soon since my hair isn't behaving very friendly these days.

Have not yet tried the used fenugreek seeds, but I am going to try it next, just started trying the onion juice, and garlic oil this week.. hair is coming out alot by the roots recently 😲☹️😞😖😩😵😱 so the more natural the better ?? Hi, I've just stumbled across this video and I was wondering if it would be good for fine hair. You have amazing hair but it is really thick hair and I have heard that you shouldn't use much oil on fine hair. What do you recommend? I'm also going to try rosemary and lavander oil as I'm trying to grow my hair long. (something I've never been able to do before.)

Shalom ❤️ and I’m new here and I love what you do but I do have some helpful tips that can definitely enhance and improve on your hair growth and also on your hair growth oil. You should definitely use hibiscus flower herb or hibiscus flower herb powder, Chebe powder, Amla herb powder, MSM crystal, Vitamin C powder, Green Tea herb, Onion powder, Aloe Vera powder, black tea herb, Henna herb powder, Cinnamon powder, Coffee powder, Horsetail herb, Cayenne pepper powder and just add a little bit of Cayenne pepper and also the cinnamon powder as well and don’t put too much of it. Also for oils you should definitely use Vitamin E oil, Emu oil, Bamboo oil, Grapeseed oil, Black seed oil, Carrot oil, Avocado oil, Sweat Almond oil, Black pepper oil, Jamaican Black castor oil, Vanilla oil, Oat oil, Flaxseed oil, Argan oil, Jojoba oil, Hemp seed oil, Tea tree oil about 10- 25 drops, Rosemary oil about 10-25 drops of it, Lavender oil about 10- 25 drops it, Peppermint oil about 10- 25 drops of it. And also make sure every ingredients is all natural and organic and vegan. And also make sure all the powders and herbs are infused in the mason jar for about 6 months for the best results and if not lest than 6 months. Yeah you do and I think you can store it in a little Bottle in the fridge for up to a month

Yea thats good too but this too is infuse method so both are same.. there is another method too dat is by soaking fenugreek in coconut water and then grinding it to a paste and then applying to scalp hairs keeping it for half an hour my mom did this for me in childhood i have longer hairs below knees. After i gave birth i lost few and then am lazy now to do my moms method lol although my hair is still longer dan hers but need thickness

Of course. Any carrier oil of your choice works. I prefer olive oil over coconut so I'll use that with a mix of Castor oil, mustard oil and eucalyptus essential oil for a boost of stimulations.

Hi, I've tried this mix and love it but Scotland does not have a warm climate (usually) so the coconut oil becomes solid which is a pain when you want to use the mix. What other oil can I mix with the Castor oil?
